Outstanding Knowledge, Care and Compassion. Outstanding Knowledge, Care and Compassion

The best care and compassion I have ever had for my German Shepherd with an arterial nose bleed during the ice storm ! I was a stranger and the care and compassion was beyond words. I received a text pic when he was waking up from the most outstanding assistant I have ever encountered.

I have been to many Vets all over the country and Dr. Morton and staff are by far the most knowledgable, kindest and always looking for the best things with my cost in mind.

The emails are great with detailed explanations and plans. The online access to labs, exams, meds is great.

I highly recommend this Vet as the minute you walk in the door the outstanding staff make your pet the most important animal in the world! Las_CRNA

Highly recommend. What's not to love! At 60 years of age, I've had a lot of pets and seen a lot of vets in many cities. Bottom line is Dr. Andy and his staff are the best I've encountered. We've been with Dr. Andy for 10 years now and they continue to amaze me with their attention to detail, service, and skills. They are constantly improving on their best. His staff are so consistent and the other doctors all seem to be on the same page.

I always know I will get the best care for my pet family members!

In it for love, not money. A neighbor referred me to Dr. Andy based on her experiences over the last decade. As usual, I was skeptical ... that’s just me. I love my pets like they are my children and have been trying to find the right fit for my family. I’ve been using Chattahoochee now for almost 5 years and I find them to be consistent, fair, pleasant, and thorough. It still blows my mind how they always follow up the following day whenever I visit. Dr. Andy sends me emails with a synopsis of his findings and treatment plan so I have a record of our visit. It’s amazing how much they love taking care of us.

But the most impressive thing I want to pass on is their unselfish attitude. It’s not about money, it’s about care. Recently I referred a neighbor whose dog had a tumor on it’s leg. The Dr. spent 45 minutes with my friend; performed a biopsy during the visit and diagnosed a mast cell tumor with spread to a local lymph node. Instead of being greedy and scheduling the surgery at Chattahoochee, Dr. Andy informed my neighbor that the best care for her dog was at a local veterinary surgery center. What can I say!

Highest Recommendation. We recently changed vets to Chattahoochee Animal Clinic because at the last hospital we never saw the same doctor twice. Based on Dr. Morton’s reviews on the web, we chose his hospital. From the minute we called for an appointment, we knew the reviews were true. This is the first clinic that actually smelled clean when we walked in! You can tell the staff truly loves what they do and that they do it well. We were never rushed, the staff and doctor (Smith) took their time to explain everything, wrote it down, and then sent a follow-up email! Unbelievable attention to detail and care.

We highly recommend this animal clinic.

GREAT STAFF!!. Great Staff I came in from Dahlonega on a recommendation from a friend. He was absolutely right. The staff at Chattahoochee was great. They made me feel right at home and that my pet was special to them. Every member of the staff was wonderful. They also have a great referral program. For every person I send to them, I get $10.00 off my next visit. You can't go wrong with this vet. They are certainly worth the long drive!!!!

Unknown Gem. Unknown Gem in Roswell My bull terrier had a very high temperature and was very ill. Dr. Morton was alert to the fact my bull terrier had changes in his heartbeat from just 2 weeks prior. He realized my dog was gravely ill and quickly transferred him to the specialty veterinarians in Atlanta. He called to check on my dog and would ask about him every time he saw me. His level of warmth and compassion can not be found anywhere else. I feel totally comfortable in leaving my pets in his hands.

Best Vet in Atlanta Dr. Andy Morton. I was in tears when I brought our 6 month old kitten into Dr. Morton's office. He listened to my story regarding our little guys month long illness which included a 2 day stay in another vet hospital. The kitten was suffering with high fevers and uveitits. Dr. Morton took a very logical, methodical approach in deciding the kitten's treatment. He consulted other "specialists" to review his plans and ask for their input. Our little guy is now finally on the mend, not out of the woods, but fever free and starting to make significant progress. Dr. Morton was in contact with us daily, he was truly interested in how things were going. I can not adequately express our gratefulness for this wonderful doctor. His staff was also outstanding. The love and care they showed to us and any other pets and their people while we were in the office was amazing. I certainly hope that our little guy lives a long happy life but should he need to leave us sooner we can feel soothed that we gave him the best care that we could from the best Vet and staff I've ever come in contact with.

Parvo and Vacation. I have not visited this place nor have I taken my dog there, YET. My 8week old bulldog came down with Parvo a day after we picked him up from the shelter. We took him to PetSmart and since they dont board over night they suggested a 24 hour emergency care. We were so upset we didnt research quick enough ,because Cleetus (our pup) needed immediate care. We did not know we were going to spend almost 3k! I was reading through all the reviews about vets late last night and decided to email Andy (the vet) to see if 3k was normal. I was so impressed, Andy was on vacation and emailed me back in hours! He was not my vet but he answered all my questions and told me I could continue care in his facility. A vet on vacation and still had time to email me back!! WOW!! To my family and I ,that means he cares. We will be visiting this facilty this weekend.

wonderful staff ,nice atmosphere. Just moved to Roswell about 3 months ago and was in need of a vet.My neighbor had told me about this one and i checked them out.What a great place!Not a giant company where my pets are treated like a task or a number, but like a friend!Excellent staff,knowledgeable vet, and overall a nice clinic.I am so glad to still find a small vet clinic with full services and a happy staff that seems happy to see me and my pets!
