Bad Bad Service Inconsistent Quality. It's hard to screw up a chain like this. However, for whatever reason, this one does. They literally cannot get an order right, no matter how often you repeat it. We've given up going through the drive though, as you will NOT get what you order. This is not one experiance speaking. This is a year and a half worth of wrong orders. They also will try to push a dozen donuts or whatever they are upselling that week, to the point of being rude. It's one thing to mention it....it's another to say it at then end of each sentance.

When I bring donuts to work, unless I have no choice, I've given up getting them here and taking them. I take the extra time to go to the Ponce De Leon store.

Even consistency is bad here - the basic glazed donut somehow can end up under cooked, over cooked, odd shaped....how do you do that at a chain? And the coffee is bad. It's donuts - you have to make decent coffee. Every other KK - pretty good. Here, same coffee style I get anywhere else - tastes old and just ...gross.

We do still eat there as it's the only one in Roswell but I can count many times we've also decided the frustration and effort just isn't worth it. It's donuts - it shouldn't be this hard to order!
