“The portions are huge, be sure to get the half order if dining for two.”

If you're looking for an family-style Italian dining experience, look no further than Dominick's. With generous portions, great prices and a casual ambience, the garlic bread will make you go gaga, as will the baked ziti and eggplant parmigiana.
KIDS ARE NOT WELCOME. The food is OK. The half portions are big enough. However, the atmosphere is kids unfriendly! If you have small kids regardless of how well mannered and behaved they are don't go there! Kids are not welcome! It was my husband's Birthday dinner and we left very disappointed , because of the way our kids were treated! We are never going there again with or without kids!
Just say NO!.
Even though the food was cold, the ambience was cold, the waitress was cold and the decor was spartan, I still left a nice tip.
Unfortunately, the staff decided to add their own tip to my check after I had paid and left. Now I have to get the bank involved to dispute this UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. Why does it have to be such a hassle to dine at Dominick's?
Additionally, don't believe what you hear about the garlic bread. I've had better from the grocery store deli.
Mediocre Food, Rude Staff. My family & I ate at Dominick's to celebrate my Mom's birthday. The waiter rushed the 7 of us through our meal & made several snide remarks. The food was average...nothing bad, but nothing to write home about either. The waiter gave us our tab before we could let him know that we had a coupon. When we handed him the coupon, he sighed, rolled his eyes & took the coupon & the tab back to the cash register. He didn't utter a word. He came back with the revised bill & a fake smile & wished my Mom a Happy Birthday. Needless to say, after such poor service, we will not be returning to the Norcross Dominick's location.
Great Food, good prices. I tried this place a few years ago and thought it was mediocre at best but was told by several people to give it another try. I went back earlier this year and WOW, I go atleast once or twice a month now. The food is great and served in enormous proportions, the prices may seem steep until you see how much food you get and taste the quality. I went last week with 3 other friends and after splitting 2 appetizers (the bruscetta is mind-blowing), 2 bottles of wine, and 4 entrees the tab was about $120 and everyone of had another meals worth of left overs. Highly reccomend this place. Tommy was my waiter last time and he was GREAT! A++++
Worst Italian experience ever!!. We ordered the lasagna and a mozzarella salad to go and it had to be the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. The lasagna had hardly any meat and the cheese was all clumped up and would not melt even after 2 minutes in the microwaive. If this resturant was striving for tasteless and very expensive food then they have it down pat. We spent $40 dollars on this meal that was not even edible. My cat, who eats anything, yes a cat.... would not even eat it. I know times are tough and the resturants go with a cheaper quality of food but this is ridiculous. We were wondering why there was no one in the place when we picked up our dinner... well, now we know. If you take a chance on eating at this place you better be prepared to pay a lot for horrible, horrible, horrible food.
great italian food. My first time at Dominick's was absolutely amazing. The free bread rolls are to die for, rather than the plain ol' Olive Garden bread sticks, or the plain bread at Macaroni Grill... this place had some great rolls. The meals are worth the $$. I went 1 other person, and we could share a meal (appetizer, salad, entree.) It's delicious and I highly recommend going there for a great Italian food experience.
Editorial Review. Classic Italian favorites dominate the menu and this casual Norcross spot.
THe Best Italian Food Ever. I ate there about 2 years ago and I have to say that out of all the Italian restaurants I have eaten at, this one is the best. Since eating here all other restaurants seem ordinary. Their lasagna was the greatest. My boyfriend ordered the special and still raves to this day about it. If I ever visited the area again I would definatly stop in for some of the best Italian food ever!!
Best Bargain in the Atlanta Area.
Every Sunday night, Dominick's offers a special pasta dish served family style for only $ 5.95 per person which includes your choice of salad. It is all care to eat, so go hungry. Chad was our waiter and he was professional and gave excellent service, refilling water and making sure everything was ok while not neing overbearing. They will have a full bar starting in August 2003, currently they have only wine and beer per local law. Dominicks has several rooms for parties. The
They are open for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner seven nights a week. The atmosphere is nostalgic with brick walls and metal tile high ceilings. The walls have lots of pictures from the 20's thru the 50's. There is plenty of free on street parking. Go and enjoy this great little restaurant with alotta food.
