Front office needs improvement..... The nurses and doctors are very professional and personable however I cannot say the same about the front office staff. They could stand to be nicer especially when they know people are coming in due to an illness or injury. Perhaps they should pursue another career.

Competient service, convenient, QUICK. I was about to go to the ER because the urgent care centers that I knew about were all closed (7:30 PM on Saturday). A quick online search revealed an 8 PM closing time for Northside. I went and thought I'd have to wait since they were probably backed up with a full log of patients, but I was the only one, and was in and out with an expert diagnosis in less than one hour. I told my wife that I had never had such a fast experience at any doctor's office. The front office staff wasn't super friendly but you know what? I could care less. I don't know anywhere I can get in and out a physician's office in an hour (andas a new patient!).

PLUS, even though my insurance co-pay for urgent care is $50, they charged me the office visit rate of $40. I saved $110 and probably 7 hours by going here instead of the ER. Knowing their physicians have been heavily involved in emergency medicine at Northside is also a plus in terms of confidence.

Ffast, accurate, great location/parking, clean and competent. I'm going here from now on. Maybe even switching my PCP!

Unfriendly and rude front office staff. I came in for an injury to my leg. The front office staff was curt, unfriendly and completely uncompassionate.

The P.A. and nurse were great.

Great Alternative to PCP. Came in for a cold and sore throat on a Saturday. Pretty quick service in and out in an 1 hr. including X-ray and scripts. Staff was friendly and courteous.
