Great Company to Work With.. I have used SWAT for 3 years and they are always very dependable. They are easy to work with and very reasonably priced.

I love my technician Brian, he is very good at taking care of my problems and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy.

I recommend SWAT to all of my friends and family.

Find another company.. Swat services cannot seem to stick to the simple agreement we had when we initiated service with them that they would call the day prior to inspections so that we can lock our dogs up so the technician can inspect the bait stations in the back yard. Year after year, we receive a notice from them that the back yard stations weren't inspected because the dogs were in the yard. They are also poor at returning phone calls. Spend your money elsewhere or be disappointed.

So-so company. The technicians are great. The office needs help. I have to call them to schedule the quarterly service. They never call at the beginning of the month as I have asked. And every time I have to remind them that due to my work, they can only come on certain days at certain times.

I have never had any problems with billing. They even caught an error Ididn't notice

Poor customer service. I have been using this company for two years now and the only problem I have with them is their customer service person. This woman is extremely rude over the phone. In fact I dread to receive a call from this woman to schedule a quarterly visit. One time I called to point out an incorrect charge and she refused to make an adjustment. Even when I protested that it was not my fault but somebody else's in the company who failed to keep the correct records, her reply was curt. She said "the charge will stay." Only when I said that I would stop the service, she agreed to work with me. A few days later I saw six different transactions posted by this company on my credit card on the same day, some of which are credit and others charges. It was supposed to be a simple adjustment.

It has been three months since I wrote my first review. They just completed another pest control service at my house and I found out that they had doublecharged my credit card. It has been two weeks since I first called the company to request that the second charge be removed. I have talked to three people so far, each one forwarding the problem to another, which made me explain the situation three times so far. The second person I talked was a manager, who then asked another person to take care of my account. They still haven't fixed the problem and I finally left a message today saying that I'm terminating their service. The people are completely incompletent and irresponsible. Never give your credit cards to this company.

These folks are great to work with!. I've used SWAT for three different properties. Their scheduling methods, services, and warranties are very good. The technicians are polite and professional, and you don't mind having them crawl through your home.

We have two small children, and they have been very accomodating in scheduling so that we can have the kids away while the chemicals disperse.
