“Great customer service and care”
WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN A JEWELERY STORE, WAS MADE TO WAIT WHILE EMPLOYEE CHATTED IN THE BACK THEN CAME OUT TO MAKE ME REPEAT THE REPAIR WHICH SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALREADY DOING, THEN TURNED AROUND AND DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE AND WAS RUDE ABOUT ME QUESTIONING THE PRICE ON A REPAIR THAT i WAS ONLY CHARGE HALF THE AMOUT 2 DAYS PRIOR.

I have been a customer of Withrow Jewelers for almost 20 years. I am not a big jewelry/gems person, but I have made many small purchases for birthday and graduation gifts over the years. And, I have taken innumerable repairs to the store. I have always received warm, friendly, professional service. They have completely won my trust and appreciation.
Great customer service and care. I have been wanting to reset my wedding ring for over a year now so I have been doing my homework and trying to find a jeweler I can actually trust, since I have had a bad experience in the past. I went into Withrow Jewelers not too long ago and asked some questions about what I want to do with my ring. The young girl there showed me all kinds of rings in the counter and even pulled out of ton of catalogues to help me get a better idea of what I was looking for. She gave me all kinds of price ranges and asked me what was in my price range and made me feel comfortable. I picked out something I liked and even traded in some old gold stuff I had laying around the house. I am very thankful for their genuine help and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Botched repair. I took my diamond ring in for sizing. I was charged $135 and when it was returned there was metal shavings adhered to the bottom of one of the baggettes, the other baggette was loose, the ring was sized in an oval, not round, and I was told they would not do anything about it. It cost me $150 dollars to have what they did to my ring repaired elsewhere.
