Shopping >Cvs Pharmacy
Agree with August 23 review. Everything that GinnyC had happened, also happened to me. The doctor had to call twice and the prerscription was filled incorrectly. I noticed that this was not what the doctor had ordered called his office. Had the prescription called into another pharmacy other than CVS. Also there price was higher than the other pharmacy. I just left it there and never came back.
Potentially dangerous incompetence. Warning these people are idiots. After an hour and a half, calling my doctor 3 times because they “could not get their system to work”, and not being able to access my insurance, they finally filled my prescription (although it was not mixed). They are not well trained on their systems or the store. They yelled the manager access code for the cash register out loud through the store it is 03-5_ _ _ My doctor actually called our house to make sure that our prescription was correct because she was concerned that they may make a mistake (she picked up on their incompetence over the phone)...stay away
