bad insurance company. i was hit buy one of their customers and it has been a absolute nightmare to deal with them they were rude and refused to pay my doctor bills for a neck injury then my medical insurance company got involved and they have been fighting for two years over 5000. in med bills witch isn't that much. When they asked me to settle all i asked was 5000. they have refused and offered 1500 and haven't paid that yet. if your looking for insurance look else where these guys are crooks. i would give them a zero stars but that's not a option
The Worst Insurance Company In Georgia. My car was stolen it took 50 days (thats correct almost two months for insurance house to make good on my claim. they have refused to pay for the rental car which has cost me $30.00 a day out my pocket. They called me the other day and told me my vechicle was found in another state and i would be resposible for getting my on vechicle plus the fees from the towing yard where my car has been sitting for over a month. i encourage anyone who is a current customer to find some other insurance company to insure your vechicle. i thought i was saving money when i left allstate . biggest mistake of my life. contact the insurance commissioner if you have a problem out of this company .
insurance. I've had rather good luck with this company. I am fixing to sign up for my 3rd term with them. I've had 2 accidents in the past 3 months, neither of which was my fault. I've had to deal with progressive (which was a t-total nightmare) and another no name insurance (cant remember at the moment, something i hadn't heard of til a couple weeks ago) My car was not drivable after either wreck (rear ended and my break lights stopped working) and Southern General put me in a rental right away. They went back in forth with progressive til progressive promised my company back payment for the rental. My insurance covered the rental for 2 weeks while progressive was ignoring all phone calls. We had to hunt down my adjusters boss in order to get back payment. They were very persistent in the matter and helping me get everything that needed to be done. My other accident on Valentines day. A guy pulled out in front of me and same thing happened. They wouldn't put me in a rental when they admitted to be at fault and Southern General once again stepped in when I told them I was having difficulty. I do like them and would recommend them to another
STAY AWAY. this company does not even deserve half a star they have been pissing around since the begging. First they tried to charge me an extra 200 for adding a perfectly good driver, then to make it worst my car was in a accident trying to avoid a deer. I faxed them the police report and everything then they started asking these personal questions like how many people live in the house and do i have any kids WTF does that have to do with my damn car being wrecked. They decided to come and take pictures of the damages three weeks after the car accident. It has now been over a month and my car is still sitting the drive way looking a mess.
P.O.S. COMPANY!!!. okay i got this company because they were cheap... now i wish i did my reseach on this company. i wrecked my truck did about $3000 of damages and the insurance says that there was about $4500 of damages. i think that they are trying to get money for themselves!!! i would not let anyone that i know go for this company!!! they are the worst company ever!!!!!
Research Before Using This Company..... My truck was stolen on August 24, 2009, and recovered 4 days later. This company demanded I go to Virginia (300) miles away to drive the truck back. It was recovered partially blocking an off-ramp....abandoned (no key). The wheeels had been swapped and extensive damage to interior. NOBODY knew that the truck was drivable. I can't finish this....it makes me sick that big companie's can get over on poor people like they do. TRUST ME......this company is a RIP-OFF!!!!
this is crazy. i have had insurance with southern general for about 6 month and my insurance went up cause i added a driver and they told me it wouldnt. Now im paying more because of a lie they told. I really can think of anything good to say about this company except they are the cheapest.

THIS COMPANY WITHHOLDS PORTIONS OF CLAIMANTS MONEY IN HOPES THEY DON'T NOTICE IT
AND WHEN YOU REQUEST THE BALANCED OF YOUR CLAIM MONEY THEY BEGIN TO HARASS YOU AND THE PERSON OR PERSONS TO WHICH THE CLAIMANTS GET TO DO THE REPAIRS. I SPOKE TO A MR. JOHN JINKS COMPANY REP. MR. WAYNE JORDY WHO STATED THEY WERE HOLDING A PERCENTAGE OF THE CLAIMANTS ADJUSTMENT THAT WAS GIVEN FOR REPAIRS BECAUSE HE COULD. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRACTICES. IN SOME CASES PEOPLE WON'T NOTICE THE MONEY BEING DEDUCTED BY THESE PEOPLE. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE THEY DUPED OUT OF THEIR CLAIM MONEY BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE. BEWARE OF THE THEFT....
