Worst EVER! They should give me a star for coming!. When I and a friend first walked in, we saw a waitress and what I thought was a host, front and center in the "waiting area." I asked, "Do we just find a seat or will you all seat us?" There response was to find a seat and someone will be with you. Ok. So two waitresses asked for our order--> -_- Long story short. Ordered drinks: 1st round was ok...next we had shots, then we ordered a 2nd round. My friend's drink was fine, but mine was horrible. I asked if they could redo it, give me something else, or take it off my tab. She said that I could order another one and they'll get it right...... uh, don't think so. Met w/ mgr. He tells me they can make another one. Cool. The replacement drink had a bug in it. So I show the waitress my cup and she wanted to replace it, by this time going back and forth with her and the mgr, I just wanted to pay my tab. After they finally decided to take that off my bill, I find out they added 18% gratuity to our ticket when it clearly states that it's added for a party of 6 or more....It was only me and a friend of mine. Me=1 person. Friend of mine=1 person ...so 1+1=2. Waitress' response was that the cash register automatically adds the gratuity for bills over $50.00, not to mention the regular tax plus the LIQUOR tax they added on top of that. At this point I'm livid and highly disappointed because of the principle of it all. They didn't apologize, or do anything to entice me to comeback, i.e. a complimentary appetizer or something. I know we are hard up for money, but I don't work hard for things that are subpar. I wish that I could place a negative star up here, but it's all good. Definitely WILL NOT be going back!

Cancelled Karaoke. I've searched and searched for a good place to go that had great karaoke. Recently found that on thursday nights at sportsline. Well, I called today to see what time it started and was informed it was cancelled. That sucks and even more for Sportsline because the place is already mediocre. Without karaoke, I'd wouldn't even waste my money.

The service sucks when its more than 10 people there. I suggest you get karaoke back or at least let patrons know where they can find the guys that were there on thursdays....

Great sports bar. I have been going to this sports bar for years to watch my favorite game that might be on. There are a lot of tvs so you can keep up with any game you might want to watch. I love the food especially the burgers they are very good.

A lot BETTER!!!!!. I have been coming here for a while now, and I know now that they have new owners, you can already tell a huge difference in attitudes, customer service, cleanliness, specials, ect.... The place has always been a fun place to chill and hang out, but the previous owners just didn't care about their customers and never showed any appreciation. We are just glad to see people finally take over our favorite sports bar and make beautiful changes, I see sportsline being one of the TOP RATED bars in Atlanta in the next six months due to new ownership and weeding out the bad workers!!!!! YAY!!! :0

Who ordered 18% Gratuity with poor service?. Not me and my 3 friends! We ordered and then another friend shows up and orders. Ms. Urban Waitress gets her order wrong, takes the plate, ROLLS HER EYES, and stomps off. Ms. Urban Waitress not only forgot about our drink order, she didn't even bring the urban couple behind us water and they were sitting there for 30 minutes! The "Other" party sitting next to us DID receive all drink and food orders in a timely fashion and was asked OFTEN if they needed anything. When the check comes, we ask about the gratuity because we didn't feel the service warranted that much and asked to see the manager. Ms. Urban Waitress then brings over Mr. Urban Officer G. We asked him about it and he says "You have 2 choices. You can pay or go to jail!" We 'AGAIN' asked to see The Manager B. We explain the poor service and that the menu states parties of 6 or more will be charged gratuity. She refers to the sign posted in the entrance which states checks totaling $50 or more will be charged gratuity. Not only did we NOT come together and NOT receive our food at the same time AND had separate checks, we were ALL charged gratuity because we sat together. After telling the Manager we didn't think it was right, PAID THE GRATUITY, told her there was freedom of speech, she said she was threatened...HUH?! Yeah! That what we said! She had Mr. Urban Officer escort us out. We were not loud, disrespectful, and of course did not threatened anyone. We're 4 professional urban woman stating facts as the establishment had posted in the entrance and on the menus. When Ms. Manager felt threatened, I knew it was because of our professionalism and was satisfied. Not only did Ms. Urban waitress miss out on what could have been more the .18 gratuity from 4 'Heavy Tipping' urban sista's, the couple behind us left with negative comments to the manager as well. Summary: If management doesn't care, why should the staff :-(.

Great place!!. This place has really come around in the last 6 months. The crowd is a great mix of people, and the staff is excellent. Tuesday night karaoke is awesome!!!!!!!
