AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm starting a new, exciting chapter in my life and wanted to add a hot, new car. I researched several lots on-line and actually went to three (3) others dealers before making my way over to Select but third tries a CHARM!

Called Mike Goodall to inquire about this smoking hot BAROLO RED (I get compliments EVERY DAY) CLS 550. Mike's approach is super cool, no pressure and he's extremely knowledgeable. I've called several times since my purchase in January and Mike is always helpful and PATIENT regardless of the quesetion! :-)

I'll be returning to Select to make another purchase from Mike within the next 4 years as my son already has eyes on this car. If you're looking for QUALITY in all aspects of car purchasing, SELECT LUXURY is your place and ask for Mike (he's AWESOME)!

Good Values on Great Cars. Looking for a luxury car without all the sales tactics, pressure and sky high prices...Contact Mike Goodall at Select Luxury Cars. I had tons of questions before pulling the trigger on my BMW M5. Everything Mike told me about the car over the phone checked out to be accurate. I love it and feel we received a fair deal and that the car was a great value. We like cars and will definitely make the trip to Atlanta to buy from Select again!

Great Service--Highly Recommended. I just purchased a 2011 BMW 750Li from Select and cannot say enough great things about the service and attention I received. I highly recommend Select ! The salesperson, Inaya, was highly attentive and has gone the extra mile to handle a few post-closing issues--specifically, the car for some reason did not have floor mats with it--she volunteered to get me a set so I would not have to go to the dealership to get that done. Great cars, great service, great people!!!

I would recommend this dealership. What made my experience unqiue was my salesperson. Mike was very knowledgeable, personable, cour and provided his expertise in helping me select the best vehicle for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle...ask for Mike, he would be more than happy to assist with any concerns or answer any questions you might have.

Definitely not. thought this place may be ok to look for high end car replacement based on what i saw in inventory on the site. no way would i buy from them now, certainly not anything on the higher end, probably anything lower either. condition of cars was disappointing. salesman didn't know much at all about the cars. looked mostly like stuff a high end dealer would reject and not put on the lot. seems like a risky place to try and do business. also initial questions were never followed up on with answers which is a big red flag on purchase of high end autos.

Snakes on the Prowl. The sales person lied about the quality and condition of the vehicle to close on the deal and for this; they lost the sale, the customer, and any chance of referrals. Be wary if doing business with them. The snakes for sales people will misrepresent the condition and quality of their vehicles of and will say anything to make the sale.

Disappointing Customer Service!. I found Select Luxuary on line and found a vechial in my interest and price. I called and spoke with a Salesman that's been in the business for over 10 years. I was eager to visit Select Luxuary Cars and see the vechial of my intrest. I did go to Select Luxuary in Marietta GA and met with Brent, I test drove the vechial and applied for financing. Brent said that he would give me a call on that following Monday. No call was ever made to me, on early Tuesday morning I took a look at Select Luxuary web site to look at the vechial again before I called Brent to check on the status of the loan. I found a SOLD sign was placed on the Vechial on the web site. I thought that the vechial was sold to me, my hopes were disappointed when I called Brent to find out that the vechial was sold to another qualified buyer. I expected better customer service from Select Luxuary, a simple phone call to your customer would have been the right thing to do. A simple phone Live up to your name and your history and treat the next customer with respect even if they don't purchase a vechial from you.

Very Enjoyable Purchase Experience. Select Luxury Staff,

Thank you for making our purchase experience last weekend very enjoyable. Car buying can be a horrible process, however it was the opposite with your company. Everyone at your dealership treated us very courteously/honestly and there were no high pressure tactics or other unpleasant sales methods. The car you sold us is absolutely amazing ? we love it and it is in perfect condition. Your detailer made it look fantastic. We will definitely come back to you for our next car purchase, which may be soon.

I am still considering the warranty and will get back to you regarding that. Also we are thinking of trading our grey range rover for the same version in white(2006 HSE or SC, 40-50k miles). Would it be possible for you to notify us if you find a vehicle like that bill in the near future?

Whatever the case, thank you very much for the pleasurable experience and high quality vehicle you sold us last weekend.

Awesome Follow-Up with Personalized Care!!!. Although I ended up not purchasing a luxury car from Select because I did not find what I was looking for. I was later personally contacted by the owner to make sure that I knew he cared about me and wanted to remain in contact. I really felt that Mr. Robbie Ashcar was sincere and real. He seemed truly honest and friendly. I will consider Select for my next luxury car purchase in the future and highly recommend it for anyone looking for professional care with personalized service.
