Just needed a 6 month oil change and review. Richard and your crew had me in and out within an hour on a very busy Holiday week. Everyone was very professional.

At 9 AM I brought my car in for: Power Steering hose potential fire Recall; plus Emissions Test; plus Oil Change. Dan called at 2 PM to stay the Transmission fluid was dark - I said go ahead and change it. Dan called at 4:15PM - the car is ready. I began calling for the shuttle driver to pick me up soon after that. Traffic was horrible by that time and unknown to me there was now only one driver on duty. I had to call Service to find out why the driver didn't answer. I did not arrive at the dealership until after 6 PM. My charge card receipt reads 6:32:58 PM. It was a long day but at least I know my car is safe and in good shape. Everyone did their best even with adverse (extremely busy) conditions. Dan even made sure I had an extra copy of the emissions results as I requested. I was very sick & recovering from a slipped disc so every kindness mattered a lot.
Easy and effortless service. Timely pickup for the shuttle. No hassle service, I was in and out in an hour.
We're close to finishing, and so far, it's been a terrific experience. Don clearly knows his business and he's made my time here feel as relaxed and comfortable as buying a new car can be.

I have only good things to say about Mr. Kane, his manager Sam, and David in the finance department. My wife and I came to see about possibly upgrading to a newer car and ended up driving away in a 2010 Honda CRV. We got a deal we couldn't refuse and better money for our trade in then the car dealer down the street had offered us if we would have purchased their Saturn Vue. Mr. Kane was very patient and attentive to our needs. I won't be in the market for another car any time soon but if we do we are going to see the guys at Ed Voyles again. Thanks again...
