mmmm Black bean and rice. Corporate training facility, that's what I was told... not a franchise. But this is the closest Popeye's to me. I just love there black bean and rice, I always take home large portions of it home... When they introduced (apparently in citysearch the menu item I want to describe is an inappropriate word so I can't even tell you whats good on the menu
