Great Office! Very Friendly Staff!. I would have to strongly disagree with the previous posts. I have been a patient of Choice One for the past year I can only rave about this office!!! Dr. Sellers and his staff are super friendly and knowledgable and go out of their way to make you feel more than comfortable. They make going to the dentist more pleasurable and more like a friendly visit. I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.
What a rip off, we will never go back.
We went to Dr. Busch for 30 years and always had excellent care. We continued to go there after Dr. Sellars took over and lived to regret it. First he offered to 'fill' my 92 year old mother's teeth (all 5 of them) which were in horrible condition, cracked and chipped. This would have been with bonding which is only a temporary fix and would not have lasted any length of time, i.e. more business for them. We had them pulled and found a wonderful denture dentist.
Then secondly, my husband spent over $10,000!!! on two bridges with Dr. Sellars last year. In less than one year (early on Christmas Eve) one of them fell out. I called the emergency line asking what could be done. Someone finally called me back after 9:00 PM after all the pharmacys in the area had closed and left a message he should just get something from the pharmacy....what is something? Luckily someone had suggested putting it back in with Polygrip which worked great until the office opened after Christmas. He went in to see Dr. Sellars who charged him $300 to glue it back in. We felt this was a total rip off and have not been pleased with the care we have received there. They lost the business of all four members of our family. BEWARE!!
Dishonest people.
Dr. Busch and his staff were great for all 10 years that me and my family were patients.
When Choice One Dental Care took over the practice, it went downhill... I continued as a patient and was assured that my insurance would cover 80% of a filling. Well, since my insurance and the practice had differing policies on what teeth were covered, I got billed the full amount. The follow up with Choice One was a nightmare due to the very rude person I had to deal with. I requested that they resubmit the claim to insurance and if nothing is determined, they are ethically responsible to work something out with the patient, right? My wife and both daughters were patients and my daughters both will require braces and while I as there, they quoted me for braces. Rather than take this future business into consideration, they sent the outstanding $200 to a collections agency!
