COSMOS FITNESS EXTRA SPECIAL. I had to be abroad for a month and when I returned home, the first visit I made was to my neighborhood Cosmos Fitness Center on Sandy Plains Road. It feels like a part of home. There is always a friendly greeter at the front desk, easy member card one-click and I'm in a room full of workout equipment, I mean EVERYTHING for my body! The extra special end to a workout is the large heated pool and hot tub and a shower room with plenty of lockers for the ladies. Cosmos Fitness is a very affordable fitness center, and offers the Silver Sneakers benefit for senior citizens like myself. My husband and I really enjoy dropping in at Cosmos for a great workout and swim.

cosmos is the best!!. I have been a memeber since 1995 but since the new owner John bought and redid the club it is better than ever and SO CLEAN!!!! I go just about every day and now this is the Family I love all of the staff and the members we are FAMILY!! Cynthia Hastings

Cosmos for the Win. I am a 17 year old and am a member of Cosmos Gym with my father. I joined Cosmos when I was 13. The gym's staff is helpful and pleasent. Cosmos is a classic gym, no food bars, no latte machines, just sweat and iron. I have many friends who attend Lifetime Fitness or YMCA, and we talk about working out alot. They have wondered about how I have been able to get so much stronger through my years in highschool; because I'm not on the football team, I'm in the Marching Band. My answer to them is Cosmos Fitness. This gym has changed my fitness level, my approach to workouts, and my life in a whole.

Cosmos is a gym! not a mall.. My son and I have a membership at Cosmos and enjoy the facility frequently. Cosmos has all the equipment necessary for aspiring athletes, like my son, and for men of a certain age, like myself, interested in maintaining some level of athleticism. The staff is kind and courteous. Thankfully, Cosmos is not replete with extra frills like coffee bars or gift shops that might distract those interested in physical fitness. It is a gym! And we like it that way.

Cosmos Fitness Center. Cosmos Fitness takes care of seniors in a special way. The people at the front desk are helpful and friendly. They offer a lot of treadmill machines and televisions. A lot of equipment to build muscles. This gym is never crowded and that's why I love it. It is no loud. It's tranquil and the people take care of each other.
