Missing clothes!. They lost two items of clothing. Said it was no way their fault. I got some other persons clothing. Took that back and one of my items instantly appeared! This is months later. My suit coat wasn't returned with my order until I noticed it missing two weeks later ! I never had trouble like this before! They Give the careless attitude !

I'm shocked at the owners poor customer service. i have been using this cleaner for over a year now since I moved to East Cobb. service has been good. I like that they take AMEX.

I just left the cleaners feeling ripped. and shocked. I have a nice silk Lansky Brothers shirt "Clothier to the King" that thay have cleaned more than a few times. He just handed it to me all wadded up and said it bled all over itself and I need to return it. I am not going to Memphis Peabody Hotel to return this shirt I have had for 3 years and have never had a bleeding issue with. Its ruined and irreplaceable. This owner knows it and am certain he would rather lose my business than to cough up the cash for a new one. He jsut brushed me out quick before I knew what hit me(and so customers entering wouldn't see the mess he created)

wow, they do a great job. I was in search of a new cleaners cause swan cleaners went down here and there prices went up. Best quality cleaners is wonderful. so friendly and fast. Always greet you with a smile. And there prices are great. I wish I would have found them years ago.

VERY poor coomunication!. I called this morning at about 9:20 and was told a shirt and apron could be laundered/starched and back by 3:00 if it was dropped off by 10:00. My son dropped his shirt off at 9:45 and went back at 3:00 to pick it up, only to be told it would be 3:30 before it waould be ready and that he had been informed of that when he dropped it off. He was NOT informed of that when he dropped it off as he had to leave for work at 3:00 and would never have left it if it wouldn't be ready until 3:30. He may lose a REALLY GOOD job that he's had for 2 days, if he's late and it will be this cleaner's fault. I will never use them again!!!!!

Best Dry Cleaners in Atlanta. These guys are the best. The service is personable and excellent. The owner/operators, Stan & Myong, have almost 20 years in the business. They are always ready to go the extra mile to make me happy. I know when I take something they have cleaned and pressed out of the closet, it will be ready to wear. I never have to worry about a bad press job or broken buttons. Also, when they say it will be done, it is done!
