Extremely Pissed Off!!

I have been a customer there for three years and i am very disappointed in their recent service. I got an oil change there and my bike had no oil in it the next day! I could have destroyed my bike! also the next oil change i got from there took four days and they charged me $106 for it and a blinker bulb which was $1.25. What a rip off!! I cannot express how thoroughly pissed i am.

Best Friendly Service

J&R has maintained my 1984 Honda for the previous owner. They did some basic maintenance recently for a good price and had excellent advise for a new rider. Called today with a problem. They took it immediatley, knew what to look for and I was out in under 15 minutes. They have my business!

The Place for Vintage Bikes

I found lots of good parts for my vintage Honda at J&R. They really know older bikes. I got some very good tips from the mechanic there and will probably use them for some service in the off season. One of the best shops in the Atlanta area, they keep the parts indoors; not outside rusting.

If you've been in a wreck, don't bother calling J&R

My Chief and I were in a wreck and I called J&R to see if they would work on my bike. As soon as I mentioned that it would be through insurance, they passed.

I don't anything about the quality of their work, so my rating has nothing to do with their service. I'm just forewarning anyone who has been in an accident and is looking for a place to fix their bike ... J&R is not the place if you're insurance is paying the damages, which is a shame. The last time I had to have my bike worked on, GEICO was johnny-on-the-spot. They paid in advance and told me (and the shop) if that's not enough, let the adjuster know and he'll cut me another check. Oh well.
