Everything was great until delivery!!!. Ordered about $3000 worth of materials both wood and metal. Everyone was nice and easy to deal with on the phone. However, I was under the assumption that they would drop the materials in the driveway and had asked about this twice before ordering. When the truck showed up for delivery there was no forklift or dump bed. When I asked about dumping in the driveway the delivery driver said he couldn't. It was pouring and he just pushed the bundles off the flatbed, which broke the bundles open and sent wood everywhere, and drove off. I was left will a bunch of 4x4s, 2x4s and 1x6 pickets stuck in the mud. Spent over 3hrs cleaning and stacking to keep the boards from warping. Since they are were not covered during delivery they were already wet and now they are all muddy. If I had it to do over I would buy from someone with a mobile forklift that can put your delivery where you want it.
