OMG! NO. Today I join the multitude of bikers that will never set foot in this shop again. After six year of riding motorcycles and many visits to this place against the adivce of many other bikers I have never left this place satisified. I walk out pissed off every time! Zero customer service, Zero knowledge about motorcycles. God forbid you actually need a part. They pretend to look it up on the computer to say we don't have it but we can order it. I got news for you I can order it online for half the price. The only reason I even go there is because I need the part right then. Not a chance in hell that they will even have them most basic part of the most common bike.

Today, I was told they didn't have the part I needed, but they could order it. FAT chance I'm going to pay twice the price for some something I can order have shipped to my house. SO, I asked the service manager for advice for a part on the motor he said and I quote" Duct tape might work or you could go to an auto part store and see if they have anything that might work."

Real bikers avoid this place like the plague, as an occasional biker I have learned my lesson the hard way, for those of you new to motorcycles don't waste the gas it takes to get there.
