“Great food at a reasonable price”
“The greeting was still friendly, services was a bit slow but it was very busy when i went in.”

First tried Frankie's using a coupon, been going back ever since. Love their Chicken Marsala and Calzones. The endless salad and rolls are yummy!
great place, we order take out from there all the time and they always take great care of us!
Much improved.
I have been going to this establishment for years with my family, since i was kid. Under the old management, many of the workers and the manager my father had to speak to were very rude. We quit going after an incident that occurred, i wont go into details because its in the past and not the case anymore. We went several months ago and learned there was new management, and it was wonderful. We were greeted in a polite manner and service was friendly and quick.
I went again today. The greeting was still friendly, services was a bit slow but it was very busy when i went in. i got the same dish as i had before and it was better than i remembered. I highly recommend the Chicken Saltimbocca and the rolls are to die for lol. Also with the salad, i have yet to find a better Italian dressing.
new management! Great Food. I lhave been going here for a couple of years but only for the food and only for takeout. The last couple of times things seemed different so I asked the bartender what is goin on and he said there is a new owner. About time because previous management was rude! They have made some great changes, from the tablecloths to the wineglasses but more importantly they have stopped charging those ridiculous substitution fees. The food is still great! I will be back and dining in many more times to come!
Great food, try the rolls!. Great place, new management has made a HUGE difference. I am not one to write reviews but this place is a gem. I will bring all my friends here who enjoy good food. The service is stil so so but the food is worth the trip.
WEAR EAR PLUGS DUE TO THE MANAGEMENT. THE MANAGERS ARE VERY RUDE TO EVERYBODY. FROM EXPERIENCE THEIR VIEW IS THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. I WOULD ENJOY DINING AT FRANKIES IF IT WAS UNDER DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I also had a very negative restaurant experience at Frankie?s Italian at the corner of Old Canton and 120. We?ve been there before but will NEVER go back after our most recent experience. It was just my hubby and I and at the end of the meal we presented our waitress with a coupon for $10 off dinner. She returned to the table to inform us that the coupon was 3 days expired. We asked if she could make an exception. We live in Roswell and drove to Frankie just to use the coupon. It was my mistake for not looking at the expiration date but they put those darn coupons in the mailers EVERY MONTH! The manager came over and explained very RUDELY they do not take expired coupons but we could bring another coupon back for the $10 in the future. My hubby was livid since they put those coupons out al the time. Since the manager was so snotty we asked to speak to the owner and was told she was at the other location. After leaving we called the OWNER, Amber, and she was even more RUDE to me and said that in 17 years she has never taken an expired coupon and reference Publix as not taking expiring coupons so why would she. I told her I know plenty pf places that took expired coupons like Bed, Bath & Beyond and LNT (and even their competitors expired coupons) and plenty of restaurants that look them (Chick-fil-a, etc). SO to get to my main point the last thing she said to me after I told her our experience was so negative we wouldn?t return, she said to me and I quote ? if the customer is so CHEAP that she didn?t want them as a customer!? Needless to say I'm still fuming!
Not what we'd hoped.
I had the Veal Marsala, and it was a very small portion for $15+. Worse than that, it contained a considerable amount of gristle, and was quite tough.
The waiter was indifferent at best, despite being not very busy.
