COCKROACHES ANYONE!!!!. This place is just scary, Order a sandwich today, when I picked it up there was a huge cockroach in my sandwich!!!! I have the photo to prove it! When I took it back to the restaurant instead of the owner offering me more food or my money he started making excuses and then blamed me saying that I must have put it there! Sure I just paid for a sandwich only to put a cockroach in it!

Just made it even more obvious that he knows there is a problem to take it out on a customer like that says one thing GUILTY!!!!! Maybe he should spend some of his time and energy on cleaning up the place and his food quality instead of blaming a paying customer!!! Don't Waste your time, money and appetite one this place!!!!

NFL Pro Bowl. Good times Sunday at Sidelines watching the NFL Pro Bowl ! The food was GREAT , the Plasma TV's are GREAT and my NFC Team won the Game !

Horrible service, filthy dining area, incompetent servers, and the manager was a real tool.. Horrible service, filthy dining area, incompetent servers, and the manager was a real tool. I ordered 50 wings for take out and they gave me the wrong flavor. When I called to let management know about the mix up, I was told that a manager was not available so I left my contact info. No one ever called, so I called back a week later. I spoke with an ASSistant manager who was very rude and told me that I was trying to scam him (which is funny because I am rather affluent and have no need to "steal my bread"). I called back later and spoke with the GM, a person named Richard. Richard was officious, callous, and downright insulting. Long story short, they messed up my food, dropped the ball on customer service several times, and then told me that they don't need my business. Well, boys, you needn't worry about my business or that of anyone I know. If you want to go to a Sidelines, go see Fred on Barrett Pkwy. His bar is clean, the servers know what they're doing, the food is good, and the management staff has both business and social skills.
