Great Company. They always have great customer service. They get orders out extremely fast. I have dealt with the same sales rep for 4 years now so I am not sure what the previous person is talking about.

AVOID THEM! Customer service is sub-par and do not count on them to get the order right or on time. The team has a revolving door over there which should speak volumes of the management. You can never talk to the same person because they've been let go so you have to go through giving them all your information again. If they don't value their own people then they ultimately do not value their customers. I've been shipped items that were no where near what I ordered. When I would call them to get it corrected, Surprise! my rep was no longer there and they had no idea what I was talking about. There are plenty of ethical, easier to work with companies out there. Do not use these guys!!
