Poor Treatment of Patients. Their front desk personel have no regard for patient dignity. The credit card machine was not functioning so they asked me to go home and get my checkbook to pay the $15 co-pay. Otherwise they were going to refuse medical service. This was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I found another doctor who knows how to treat patients with respect. The doctor did not return my calls to hear my experience with his staff. I took this as a confirmation that finding another doctor was the right move. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this practice to go elsewhere. Otherwise, make sure you show up with cash.
