nally is a rip off.
I recently wnet to nalley lexus in smyrna to have some repair work done and after being given an estimate of $2800.00 I decided to get a second opnion fron hennesy lexus. I walked out of hennesy paying $256.38, my car is fixed and when the service writer at hennessy went over the estimate fron Nalley it was discovered that some items were under the powertrain warranty that they tried to scam me for and what they had claimed as a "massive oil leak" turned out to be a loose drain plug that they had installed during the last oil change at nalley lexus in roswell.
I think nalley company is a scam and a rip off regardless of what brand of dealership thay own, their practices are the same throughout the ranks.Be aware if you take your cars to any nalley dealership. always get a second opinion or even better yet just dont go there.
