Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Unfortunately, I NEED taxi service because I am without a vehicle. Every time I use them it's one issue or another. Drivers grossly overcharging me as if my eyesight is non-existent. Rude dispatchers, rude drivers! I'm waiting for a taxi at this very moment which I called at 9:43pm, well over an hour ago. Victory Cab employees treat you as though your money is worthless until it's in their thieving, disrespectful pockets!

This is by far the worst customer service taxi cab service. I called at 8pm the night before to schedule cab service at 7am. For the second time in a row, the taxi was late. I called the office to find out where the taxi was at because I needed to catch the 7:30 am bus in order to be at work on time. The lady who answered the phone told me the taxi didn't get the dispatch until 15 minutes until it was time to pick me up. I asked her why because I called ahead of time in order for him to be at my house on time. She told me that was policy and I just needed to be patient. Really???? What's the point of scheduling cab service if you are just going to come when you feel like it. So the cab finally pulls up at 7:20 am and has the audacity to ask me why would I call the office on him. They have to be kidding me!!!! I work in transportation as well and customer service is the strongest key for repeat customers. If you're not on a schedule, then be my guest to use this service, but if you need to be somewhere in at a specific time, you are better off calling a friend and giving them gas money. This company is a joke!! They may have been in service for years, but they have certainly forgot what customer service is all about. I can't wait to provide my feedback on the next update on professional shuttle and taxi services in Atlanta vicinity. They are sure not to be first on my list.

If you drink. will rip you off!. If you have a few drinks, the driver will try and rip you off. You almost have to get to the point where you have to get his name and cab number! I didn't do it this time, my fault!

Long time customer, great overall service. I've been using this company since the 80's. I use them occasionally to get downtown or to the airport for business trips, but usually just to get home when I drink too much, and the person that said they don't like long trips is wrong. There ain't a cab driver in the world in this economy who doesn;t love a long trip.They've always had plenty of cabs available and most the drivers know me by name. They're always friendly and I hardly ever have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for a ride. The only problem I've ever had is a driver here and there that don't know the area or has slight communication problems, but I can hardly find another company in Marietta or Smyrna where the drivers even speak English. I am in sales and customer service, and in the service industry, noone's gonna go out of their way to post a good business experience on the internet, but most people will vent about a bad one to someone somewhere. Keep that in mind. These people are great. They've been doing this for a long long time and they aren't going anywhere. I'll call them 24-7 anytime.

Worst Service Again. Used them once after getting off work at 1am. Took them an hour and fifteen minutes to even pick me up. After they finally picked me up the driver never excedded the speed of 40 miles an hour (45 mph is the speed limit) Once I got to my house he pointed to the window and said, "Extra $1.00 because of gas prices." 6.5 miles was a 15 dollar trip. Cool. Second time I call off of work again and Im still waiting another hour. I finally call back and they say the driver decided to pick someone else up and they will send someone else. I will never use these people agian

Trust the bad reviews. I didn't want to believe all the negative posts, but it's all true. The first trip was ok but the driver would not take a card - cash only. He also didn't have the address after we gave all the information on the phone. The second trip was bad. The driver asked how much was charged the last time and wanted to "work out a deal" by making the cost less. He stopped for gas after 1 mile. He would not give a receipt and would not take a card. He also didn't have the address and took 10 minutes playing with his GPS trying to find the location 5 miles up the road. The whole trip he spent complaining about how poor he was and when cash was given he spent a few minutes trying to find change. We ended up just letting him have the change ($5+). We'll chalk it up as stupid tax since we'll never use them again.

think of another way!. this taxi cab services such from the time you call till you get out of there dirty cabs....i would NOT recommend this company for any use!!!!

These people should be shut down. To say that this company is a piece of garbage is insulting to a piece of garbage. Rude drivers who complain about driving far, even if you have the money. Dropping you offer before you reach your destination. Demanding their fare up front. These people are the most unprofessional, rude, and inept people in the Atlanta area. You'd be better off walking than to deal with these bastards.

Great taxi experience at great prices!!!. Friendly drivers. No more than a 20 minute wait for a cab. Affordable prices. Clean and efficient cabs. Great customer service staff when callilng for a cab. Wonderful experience, no matter how far the distance.
