I, too, have had the worst experiance ever in this establishment! After he stole my money by promising that he had the new Champion Middle School crest only to embroider the old crest on a sweater and blazer (with full payment in his hand), the owner/manager refused to be reasonable and provide a replacement or refund. He raped me! Sure...we argued over his lack of good business sense and sure...I called him everything but the Son of God as I was walking out of his store! Not only was he extremely rude and unyeilding, but actually followed me out to my car and advised me that if I ever came back...he had something for me and lifted his shirt and showed me his gun that was strapped to his body. Well...I have already alerted the police, the Better Business Bureau, my friends and associates, and now anyone who reads this. But I am not quite finished with him yet! Going to pick up the police report today, file a complaint, going to meet with the DeKalb County Board of Education, The Champion Theme Middle School and it's PTA and try to make sure that he loses our hard earned revenue. Yes...his prices are cheaper, but so is the quality of his wares, and the lack of customer service is not worth the few extra dollars that you can spend elsewhere. I say spend your money elsewhere, so that you don't run the risk of getting shot because you are dissatisfied with his product. CoooolBreeze...please contact me, as I may need you in court (and if all goes well - we may need each other), as we have experianced the same threatening behavior from this individual over something that could have been easily resolved. I would love to hear from anyone else out there that has had a bad experiance at Wal-Co on Park Central Drive in Lithonia. Please post your experiance, as I will take it to court with me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER/ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the WORST uniform store around. The owner has no respect for others. I took my son's shirts to get his school's emblem put on and the lady who did it made a mistake and put the wrong emblem on one of the shirts. The way he spoke to her was down right disgusting (it was a honest mistake, she didn't intentionally do it)!!!! Long story short the owner did not want to give me my shirt back that had another school's emblem on it (I'm sure he wants to sale it to someone from that school for a profit -Kingdom Academy-). He talked down to me (I'm a woman) but when my husband came in after I called him to come to the store, he was treated with much respect!!!! This man is very troubled and will meet his match one day! Along with talking down to me he pulled up his shirt to reveal his gun which showed me how delusional this man really is. Overall, I will never go back to this store, never recommend it to anyone, and will be sure to let my son's school know how they are conducting business. I wish I could give them 0 stars because that is exactly what they deserve! Wish I would have read the review below from a previous employee before I went!

Horrible customer service. The owner of Wal-Co on Covington HW is rude and less than helpful. I took shirts in to be embroidered. When he took them out of the bag he said, "I'll do it but they're dirty. Wash them and bring them back." I never returned. I have also seen similar behavior with other customers. I do not recommend this establishment due to its horrible customer service.

Best school uniform prices. WAL-CO has really improved their customer service with great attention to their customer's needs.

Stop by sometime and see for yourself.

reasonable prices!. I have been a customer of Wal-co uniforms for a few years now. This year my child started a new school and the preferred uniform company for the school was a rip off for those of us counting pennies these days. The owner worked hard to get the exact same items on the uniform list ordered and in on time to save myself and all the other parents money on uniforms! He is on the task whatever you need!

Poor customer relations. The owner exhihibited paranoid behaviour and was very rude to a customer without provocation. I would not recommend this establishment.
