BEWARE!!. The owner/president of this company is extremely rude, he came to my home day 1 to diagnose, day 2 to install part, then to tell me he would have to come back next week to add freon, why would a customer have to wait 2 weeks for a job to be complete. I'm not a rocket scientist but isnt common it practice for an HVAC tech to keep freon on his truck!!! After I suggested this, the owner/president stormed out and slammed my door and peeled down the street. FYI....hvac companies are on every corner just like barber shops!!!

K & W Heating & Air Inc. Excellent service for an after hours emergency!

My heating unit had frozen and It constantly was shutting itself off. The tech asked specific questions over the phone about my heating probelms. He virtually replace the entire unit from the inside in matter of minutes. The cost of the repair was substantually lower than his original estimate.

Don't trust them. It took 3 trips to find a leak. The day after the 3rd trip, the other unit went down. I don't believe in coincedence. They seem to abuse the home warranty contract they have and make as many trips as possible.
