Dont waste your time. What you see on their website is not what they have. If you find something you like ... its not your size .. they can't order it etc...

Best Wedding Ever!!!. I will be getting married on July 7, 2012 and have been searching for the right dress. Of course as usual...I tried David's Bridal, etc..., but since our wedding is from the "Phantom of the Opera" its a Masquerade and everyone in the wedding party isnt going to be dressed as your usual wedding attire. I wanted my dress to be gold made like a princess and the bridesmaid dresses to be similar only in a different color. So, of course David's Bridal didnt have what I was searching for. A friend told me to try Cinderella's Closet, and I must admit that I was hesitate at first, but decided to anyways since none of the other stores had what I was looking for.

The moment I walked into Cinderella's Closet I was greeted by a nice salesperson who stayed with me the whole time to make sure I had everything I needed. She even hung up the dresses next to a dressing room for me even though I didnt ask. It was as if she already knew what I wanted. Now Ive been searching for the perfect dress for months now, and I spend a few minutes in this place and I find "The Dress" ive been waiting for! I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I cried, because I was so happy....even the lady was tearful.

I will be referring all my bridesmaids to this place so that they can look & feel just as fabulous as I did!

I was able to get the dress that night and sometimes I sneak in my closet and glance at it and smile. Cinderells's closet will always be remembered as the place that made my big day extra special!

AWESOME SERVICE. WE WENT TO ATLANTA FOR SPRING BREAK AND DECIDED TO VISIT CINDERELLA'S CLOSET BECAUSE OUR DAUGHTER'S PROM WAS COMING UP THE NEXT MONTH. WE ARE FROM A SMALL TOWN AND HAVE ONE STORE THAT HAS A LARGE CHOICE OF GOWNS BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES YOU FEEL A BIT CHEATED. WE WERE SO SURPRISED THAT FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN WE WERE HELPED AND HAD A SALESPERSON WHO TOOK OUR DRESSES AND STARTED A ROOM FOR US WITHOUT BEING ASKED. SHE STAYED WITH US THE ENTIRE TIME AND FIXED EACH DRESS AS NEEDED AND ALLOWED MY DAUGHTER TO WALK OUT AND WALK ON THE CATWALK SO SHE COULD REALLY SEE HOW THE DRESS LOOKED. WE COULD HAVE SPENT THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY AT HOME, BUT WE RECEIVED MUCH BETTER SERVICE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THE SALESPERSON AND HOW WONDERFUL SHE TREATED US!

Perfect Store for the Perfect Dress. I have been shopping at Cinderella's Closet for four years. Each year when I go to purchase a dress, for a pageant or prom, I always feel so welcome. The store might seem overwhelming at first but, thats why you get your own personal sales associate! Each associate that i have worked with has been polite, patient, adorable, and a huge help! Especially those blondes! There is a huge selection to chose from, even ballgowns, little girls dresses, wedding gowns, and plus sizes. This store is amazing! every time I have been I have been taken care of and treated amazingly, if you need a dress for PROM, WEDDING, or PAGEANT GO TO THIS STORE! You will be taken care of, and you will leave with the dress of your dreams, they dont call it Cinderella's for nothin!

Amazing Store. I didn't realize that prom dress shopping was such a "big deal" these days and walked into Cinderella's Closet expecting nothing more than what I could see anywhere else. WRONG!

The facility is ENORMOUS; every time I turned a new corner there was a whole other room, whether it be for dressing rooms, more dresses, or both.

I wasn't in need of a plus-size dress for my daughter, but they have an entire room dedicated to plus-size ladies and just the selection there is more varied than what I have seen in other stores for ladies of ANY size.

Associates are very helpful. We visited on a weekday evening and it seemed busy to me, but I was told that it was a walk in the park compared to weekend visits. However, I was also told that all associates work on weekends to handle the traffic that comes in. Associates work one-on-one with you, which I appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised to have my associate with me at the dressing room, handling the dresses for me. I had to do that myself at other stores. She was actually helping another customer at the same time as us, but I never felt neglected. The associates even go and pull dresses for you that they think you may like based on your price range and style preferences. This was a HUGE plus, because both my daughter and I felt very overwhelmed by the amount of dresses in the store.

The employees are very up-front with you about stock, as well as what can and cannot be ordered at that point in time based on what the manufacturers themselves have available to be shipped. I felt bad for our associate, who we kept sending off to check inventory for us to locate our sizes, but she did it all with a smile, like it was her pleasure.

My daughter ended up with what is a "Limited Edition" gown, which the store told me means that Cinderella's Closet has exclusive rights with the designer and had the dress made specifically FOR THEIR store. My daughter loved the fact that the dress couldn't be bought anywhere else and that there were limited quantities of it. It made her feel really special and unique. It also shocked me that Cinderella's Closet has that kind of power and standing with the manufacturers.

I got into conversation with a couple other mothers in the dressing area while our girls were in the dressing rooms, and one mother was from Alabama and the other had driven from South Carolina just to come to this store! Associates told me that this is a very common practice, as the store is the largest in the southeastern U.S.

The whole thing was incredible to me. I am sad that this was my daughter's senior prom and I won't be able to bring her back for another prom season. I feel like I missed out last year! However, I am having her tell all her underclassmen friends about Cinderella's Closet. Everyone should have a turn in this store!

Total Lack of Customer Service :(. There is a group of 3 with a preschooler on a semi-frantic look for the perfect dress. My lovely niece who needs the perfect prom dress, my delightful daughter who needs the Bridesmaid's dress, and me who needs the Mother of Bride dress. So on our 3rd day shopping, we went to Cinderella's Closet, with 3500 dresses how could we go wrong. We walked into a flurry of long, short, very bright dresses. We were assigned a salesperson who could not have cared less if we found a dress. The salesperson was to help my niece first. Only she did not know where the inventory was located, or what was available. And right in the middle of her helping us, she started helping different shoppers. GRR! There were many employees in the store. We are of the belief of businesses should appreciate our business. We are not perfectionist, but we do demand basic customer service skills, which were totally lacking. But we did find the perfect dress for my daughter a few miles away at Formally Yours. They are located at 475 Rockbridge Rd. Their salesperson Katie was delightful. And Cinderella's Closet lost 3 big sales.

Deceitful Practice as it relates to My experience !!!. I took my niece to buy her prom dress for the 2011 school year. We purchased the dress in 2010 because we were told by "Brittany" of Cinderella's Closet that there was only 2 available.. Period, size 12 and size 2. My niece is a size 0. But she really like the dress. So I purchased it via phone since we had already left the store. We come back approximatel 4 weeks later and there were 5(five) of the same dresses in her size on SALE !! The manager refused to give us the sale price and she stated that she would do an exchange for the size but not adjust the price...WHO DOES THAT !!!
