I would recommend this accounting firm!. David Whitten has been my accountant since 2002. He has always given me sound advice. I stay with David Whitten because HE SAVES ME MONEY! I have a small business and his advise and approaches have been one of the reasons that I am still in business during this recession. Mr. Whitten has a simple, easy to understand approach to accounting and taxes that is important to me because I am not an accountant. I would recommend him to anyone and I look forward to many more successful years working together.

This Company knows it's stuff!. Almost a year ago, my company selected David Whitten & Co. as our accountants. We had several letters from the I.R.S. and our previous accountants never seemed to give them what they needed. I hate to get letters from the I.R.S.!! After we changed, Whitten sent several letters in response and cautioned us that it would take a while for them to process the filings. We did keep getting letters for about a month and and half, but since April 2010, we have not heard another word. I can work now and not be bothered with the accounting problems. Thanks Whitten & Co.!

I got money back from Mississippi!. I moved here from Mississippi a couple of years ago and I did not have an accountant to do my taxes. Mr. Whitten sent me a letter wanting the do my taxes. He could do the IRS, Georgia and Mississippi. We were able to electronically file the taxes and I got my refunds in about 10 days. The great thing is that I have always had to pay Mississippi taxes, but I got a refund! I am looking forward to getting my taxes done with them again this year and many more years to come!

Good Accountants!. We have been using the company for five years. They do out accounting and taxes and the end of the year. We have never had a problem. When we get a letter for the I.R.S, we fax it over to them and it gets fixed. We have recommended Whitten & Company to many others and I have yet to hear anything bad from them.

I think they are an honest company and I am glad to write this review.

Do not trust this man!!!!! Read the review!!!!!. Be very very careful doing business with this man. He is a liar, has bad credit, does not pay his bills and he lies like a dog with scabees. He jilted my owner out of 4500.00 on the Lawrenceville trade plaza glass and storefront work and I could not even get my paycheck for labor. He promised to pay his bill three different times and yet he lied and never did. We had to file a lien against his building and take him to magistrate court to try and get paid. He is a first class loser. He also does business as Professional Equities so watch out all of you....do not let this man handle your money or owe you money. We learned the hard way.
