This was a great place to go and pop off a few. It was my first indoor range and I have to say that I liked it. They charge per rack, not per person and I felt like their prices were reasonable. I went with my dad and I had a really good time. It was loud, but I suppose most ranges are. I was really jumpy at first, but after the first half hour I was relaxed. Even though I kinda suck at shooting no one there laughed at me. It a nice place to meet and see interesting people. I would recomend for anyone.
I bought my first handgun from Bullseye. I have bought several since then from them also. They treat me like i am a member of the staff. When I walk in there it has the feel of walking in to your barber shop where everyone is glad to see you and enjoys the camaraderie. I shoot at Bullseye at least once a week and they have always taken very good care of me. I have recommended Bullseye to at least 6 of my friends and they are all loyal, frequent customers now. I will personally will never go anywhere else!
Always pleased – i am long time customer of bullseye. they carry a hugh amount of inventory at great prices. i have seen some complaints on the internet. in my opinoin these complants have no merit to them. my wife and i have bought several guns from them and was always pleased with the customer service that we recived. its a local family business and that is why i will continue to shop their. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT BULLS OFFERS THE BEST STAFF,SELCTION (STOCK) & PRICE. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!!!!
Best deal in town – LOVE THESE GUYS! I've been shooting here for several years. I've bought many guns from them. They always have the best deal in town. If you are not close it IS worth the drive. I have sent several friends to this this shop and only one came back with a bad review. ( He was the kind of guy that could find something wrong with EVERYTHING!) I do understand how some people could be put off by having to wait at times but, if you go to ANY firing range on ANY Saturday or Sunday you are going to have to wait. Lets face it folks there are not that many ranges around town. This one happens to sell guns at GREAT PRICES too! If you are the type of person who cannot wait a few minutes, try them out during the week or go somewhere else. I however am going to stick with my friends at Bullseye.
I was new to shooting and hunting when I found bullseye in the phone book. They were the last place I visited but should have been the first. I started by taking a shooting class from Peter, curriculum was excellent for someone with little to no knowledge of semi-auto pistols and revolvers in concern to safety and how the guns operated. I would recommand this class for men or women. After the class I purchased my first pistol and since have bought a revolver, rifle and a shotgun. They buy far have the best prices in the area. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all different pistol, revolvers etc. They have a good selection of ammo and accesseries. I feel that the staff is helpful to the beginner or to the expert. In my case the staff has exceeded there job requirements by answering questions and by helping make my purchases . Bullseye has the best prices on range time or memberships. I don't have one complaint about the store and I go about 3 to 4 times a week. In conclusion I would recommend the facilities and the staff to anyone looking for a great place purchase guns and for fine toning one's shooting skills.
Joe, Joe, he's your man, if he can't help you, surely Ted can!!! Seriously, my husband and I stopped in on a Friday evening around 7 pm. (Our second visit and ended up being our second gun purchase from them) They were busy with range rentals, but Joe found plenty of time to help us. He was patient with all my questions and as I'm fairly new to the whole handgun thing, I was nervous of asking too many 'stupid' questions. He made me feel like I knew something. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some very useful information, not only in choosing the right handgun, but also tips on shooting, handling, things like that. It was one of the most pleasant hours I've spent with a 'Salesperson'. (yes he spent the good part of an hour with us in between waiting on other customers) He did not try to sell us a particular gun though I got the feeling he was partial to Taurus' as he was kind enough to show us two of his guns he had in the shop besides the one he was carrying. (obviously he didn't hand that one over for our perusal:)) We handled many guns, some more than once, before we made a decision. All the salespeople we have dealt with, that night and the time before, are very diligent with checking and rechecking for an unloaded/empty chamber before they hand a gun over for us to look at. My husband and I were throughly impressed with Joe and the whole shop. They have many models of handguns as well as rifles, shotguns, ammo and accessories. Pretty much anything you may be lusting for they have it... Well, in the gun department anyway. We haven't tried out/seen the range so I can't give a review on that, though both times we were there we saw they were doing a brisk business with range/gun rentals. Ted was the other salesman on the floor that evening and though he didn't help us directly, he was amiable, humorous and I knew that he would have been just as helpful as Joe was. In fact, having previously read a raving review about Ted on this very site and before we knew Joe's name I made a bet with my husband that his name would be Ted, because he was so great! I lost the bet, and my husband was a very happy man later that evening :) We will definitely be going back there soon. I have been looking into revolvers online and can't wait to check out their stock!! Happy shopping and I hope this review helps others. My personal advise? Go in the evening when you can speak with Joe or Ted and tell them Ka and David sent ya!! Oh, and they have the best prices around that I've seen, including online purchases.
Recommend – I have been to Bull's Eye Range about 20 time's. The people are slow in helping you because there are so many people in the store. The worker's at Bull's eye do not disturb you when you use the range and me and my son love's this. I have had problem's at other gun store's like Marksmen in Lawrencville because I'm Spanish and they look at me like I'm coming to steal or rob the store. I have never had this problem at Bull's eye. I alway's recommend Bull's eye to everyone I speak to.
Nicest people – The lanes are little warm mid summer but compared to the other places I've gone in the area they are the nicest people I've found. They do not have a lot of time to chit chat when there are 30 people waiting to get a lane. I've been there several times and found when they're busy, you may have to wait a bit if you need to spend a long time discussing what your needs are. When they're not busy they'll go out of their way to help you. The other ranges I've been to charged more and made me feel like I was priviledged to even use their facility. I found their lanes to be no nicer than Bull's Eyes and they won't talk to you even if you're the only person in the place. The guys at Bull's Eye have been around for a long long time, you don't stay in business by not providing service. Their ammo is inexpensive, their weapons are reasonable and they know guns. Not sure what else is needed at a gun store.
I enjoy going to BullsEye. I have not experienced the negativeness some right about. I find the prices to be great. They have more stock than most. I have been to must worst shooting ranges. Not to many that have the overall variety they have. Find a range that you can shoot rifles in around Atlanta. I am a big online shopper but find things I am interested in there at BullsEye at great prices. I am personally glad they are there. I am a repeat customer so my opinions are over time.
I recently took their handgun training course, and was quite happy with the instructor and the environment there at Bulls Eye. I returned a few weeks late to make a purchase. Their help was quite knowledgeable, and willing to take all the time necessary to explain the pros/cons of each model I was reviewing. I am VERY happy with my Glock 19, and will likely go back for a concealed carry weapon. Great inventory, professional staff, good prices.....what else do you need?
