Just Like Living In A Third World Country!

This complex is so old it is literally disintegrating before your very eyes! If you are doing research on how it is to live in a third world country, this is the place for you! You can even experience large insects, stray cats and dogs, and people who don't care about where they live! They just throw there trash on the grounds and parking lot. Those who do try to take it to the dumpster, if it falls off their car, oh well, that's where it stays! I could go on and on about how crappy it is there, but I was broke and had to spend a year there. On a good note, it seems the latest management is trying to clean it up a bit!
