A Dangerous place to live

The office staff will sign for your packages and then the package will become lost. There is a weight room that consists of broken equipment that can cause serious injury. There is an extension cord running from a unit to a airconditioning condensor one hundred feet away and has been there for a year.

There is a dog restriction that they do not enforce, there are several pitbulls that are not under control at this complex. It is not safe to walk after dark and during the day. There have been shots fired at the buildings. Men openly walking with fully automatic weapons(not police officers). Feel free to call about any issues you may have they will not do anything to take care of any issues. It seems like a nice place when no one is there but that is the only time.You take your life in your hands passing thru Lake Sweetwater Apts.

The apartment above me had a woman assaulted the one next to me had hers broken into, one woman was escorted by the police with her child out of her place for her safety. The only responce from the Complex avoid going outside and do not talk to anyone. I strongly advise avoiding this complex for your safety.
