A hidden jewel in gwinnett. Kinyobee is not just my favorite Japaneses restaurant, it is one of my favorite places to eat, period. Excellent fresh sushi and sashimi served by friendly (even sweet) staff. No flash or glitter, no flashing knives or bad jokes. Just the sort of place you would have lunch in if you were in Osaka or Yokahama. My favorites are "Tuna Symphony" and "Salmon Quartet", you won't find them just anywhere. Cold Beer, Hot Sake, and oh the occassional "freebie" just because they like you.

Enjoy!!!!

Great Food. Across the highway from Gwinnett Place Mall, Kinyobee's is a great Japanese Restaurant. We have been visiting for years. The sushi is always excellent, and there are many other great menu items such as noodles and tempura.

The spicy tuna handroll is awesome. I have ordered this item from a number of different places and Kinyobee's is far and away the best I have had.

Great family place. My brother who lives and works in the area introduced me to Kinyobee while we were over visiting. I have since taken my daughter twice. She and I were both amazed at the beef teriyaki, and the sushi is good, too. We only wish we weren't 2 hours away to enjoy it more often. If they'd open one in the Marietta/Kennesaw area we would drive down at least a couple of times per month--still a 45 mintue drive.

Best Sushi In The Atlanta Area. Kinyobee is excellent. It resides in a strip shopping center in Gwinnett, but is far superior to all the trendy, more expensive sushi restaurants in the highlands, midtown area. My wife and I have been going there since they opened over four years ago. We lived in Gwinnett at the time and went 1-2 times per week. We have since moved in town, but still make a point drive up to Gwinnett to eat there as often as possible. The kani-crab salad rolls and baked green mussels alone are worth it. The owners are very friendly and the service is always top notch. I prefer Kinyobee over any other sushi restaurant in Atlanta. If they would just open a second location near my home!!!
