I have been to this business 3 times for some cake decorating supplies. Each time I have never been greeted and have had a hard time trying to find someone to help me. They are understaffed and not helpful when you need something. I desperately needed a chocolate mold I ordered 3 weeks ago and have been told each time to come in and it would be there. I wasted 2 trips trying to get it and was told after getting there it was still on back order. I did give them my # to reach me when it came in and never received a call. This time I was smart enough to call before going and it was still not in. I think it is awful that a person could take your number 2 times and never call you when they found out it was on back order. I finally told her not to worry about it b/c she seemed like I was bothering her by trying to get it. She acted like ok, fine and didn't even apologize for all the aggravation it has caused me. And now my customer will have to have something else b/c what I ordered and was promised by this date has not been in. I definitely do not recommend this shop and will never return.

Cons: terrible customer service and low staffing very unorganized

Party Art has always been my first choice when buying cakes or cake decorating supplies. I remember eating Sesame Street cupcakes there as a little girl, the unique birthday cakes created wonderful memories for me growing up, my girfriends bought a beautiful cake there for my lingerie shower, and finally they did my wedding cake! I even bought flower candy molds and made chocolate flowers on a stick for my wedding favors. Their cakes are so original, and delicious! They can make any cake your imagination can conjure up, and it is definately worth a few dollars more to have something so unique to celebrate a special occasion! Top notch!
Pros: Locally owned, friendly staff, great customer service, excellent quality
Cons: Can get a little crowded on the weekend
