Worst Dealer I have Ever Worked With - RIP OFF!

I hope that I can help some poor person who is looking to buy a new Chrysler or Dodge, or someone who is in need of repair on any of those models. Troncalli Dodge in Cumming is the worst dealer I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with. I brought my truck in with an alignment problem, I wanted it fixed before I took my kids on the long trip to Disney World. After getting the truck back with a clean bill of health from Troncalli, I drove down to Florida. I noticed that not only was the alignment still off, but it was substantially worse. I made it to my son's house in north Florida that night by pure luck. In the morning we examined the truck noticing that the adjustment rod for the toe had been left unsecured causing the radical alignment performance. Upon further inspection we noticed that the front passenger wheel was so worn that it was barely hanging on to the car. This situation alone would have made it impossible for the alignment to ever have been done in the first place. Someone there is very lazy or just incompetent. What ever the reason save yourself the trouble and risk, make the trip to Buford and the Dodge dealer there. Troncalli is terrible!
