VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

My mom was coming in town for a visit so I decided I wanted to treat her to a facial so I called a week in advance and scheduled an appoint at Image Spa, WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! I was so excited to being doing this for my mom and couldn't wait to tell her about her surprise. The day arrived and we headed off to the spa...my mom went to the counter to check in and they didn't have her on the schedule! I was stunned!!! The lady behind the desk called someone at home and that person remembered the appointment but their computer had problems and when it was up and running my mom's appointment was not rescheduled so the lady at the desk told my mom sorry and here's a 10% coupon to use the next time you're in town. Can you believe it!!!! How unprofessional is that????? They didn't even think about trying to fit her in or reschedule while she was here!!! I was sooooo disappointed and then their "oh well" attitude! OH WELL, I"M TELLING EVERYBODY WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE IMAGE SPA IS!!!! The next time my mom was in town I took her to Spa Sydell and it was great!!!
