I found my New Salon!

When searching for a new salon and a stylist that would listen to what I wanted (and not just do what they thought would look good)... I decided to call A Natural Buzz. I go to the Petsupermarket on Scott @ Medlock a few times a month and had seen it, but never paid much attention since it was hidden in the back. I am very glad I made the call ... I called on a Thurday and got in the next day! Angela cut my hair exactly the way I asked ... nothing more and nothing less ~ Perfect! Just when I thought it couldn't get better the cost was only $30!!! Are you kidding me, for an Aveda Salon. Needless to say, I have found my salon and stylist.

Dissapointed that someone is representing these fabulous stylists so poorly

I have had fantastic experiences over the past three years at this salon - Zane is fantastic! Unfortunately, the last few times I have called to see about an appointment the receptionist was less than friendly...polite at best. I have recently tried my hand at dying my own hair...unsuccesfully. Today I called to see what I could do to get some help and the receptionist was short, distant and somewhat disengaged. Typically I can write it off and think she may be having a bad day but this was the fourth time that I have experienced the same thing. I was dissapointed to have someone representing these fabulous stylists so poorly. A Natural Buzz is a great hidden gem, but I'm afraid it will stay in hiding until they find a friendly receptionist who can answer questions AND offer to work with you and your situation. Get past the receptionist and you will find that these stylists are truly wonderful!

Best Value for Excellent Cuts and Color!!

Natural Buzz isn't fancy but the service is always great, the staff is friendly, and I've gotten consistently fantastic cuts and color there. Zane cuts my curly hair like no one else can - I recommended him to a few friends and they all fell in love with him too!
