Rude customer service, don't care attitude. I placed an order online for over $1200. I was called and emailed by a person a named Mit, that they wanted a copy of credit card and driver license info, and a utility bill. I refused the utility bill as it's not stated in their policy and seems unnecessary. I was told ok. I faxed the info and then was told they can't make out my drivers license. The image is clear as I have a copy of it. Also my credit card billing address matches what I entered and my order was to ship to this address.

First of all I'm being severely inconvenienced as my account is $1200 debited. They say they will refund my money but I expect it will appear on my account in 3 days. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the sales rep was rude and basically had a don't care attitude and laugh in his voice when I informed him of my intention to share my experience online.

I asked for the manager and was told he was unavailable. This is not good business. It is the employees who will make or break your business. I will never do business with this place again and will post my experience online.

A complaint with the BBB has been filed. If a credit doesn't appear by Monday then this will be escalated with my bank.

Don't do business with them online.

Mesmerizing Collection. Recently before couple of days i visited your showroom at Atlanta to purchase ma wedding jewelry,i was amazed by the welcome which you provided me.And I think that Malani Jewelers have the best and beautiful collection for wedding which totally satisfied me.

Awesome Jewellry. While shopping online is infinitely more convenient than driving around town inspecting individual items, you can’t quite get the same feel for an item through the screen as you can in person. Malani Jewelers takes detailed photos of every item to ensure that you have an accurate idea of what to expect on your doorstep after completing an order..

Honest trustworthy people. In my experience this is a great shop. I have been going there 6 or 7 years.Everytime the work was done on time, the quality was excellent and the people where friendly and very knowlageable. I have recomended them to many family members and we are all happy with their work. This is the only place I trust.

The store is nice and price is resonable they are honest trustworthy people...

Total Ripoff (WAY, WAY OVERPRICED !!!). Buyers beware. Don't buy from this store.

I recently went to the Malani jewellers store in Atlanta GA. When I inquired the price on an item they quoted $20,000. That very same item was listed on the website for $10,000. When I pointed to the sales rep that this item is listed for half the price on the website, she said that they will price match. Mind you, even the prices on the website are highly inflated.

They intentionally price the items 3-4 times above the actual price to take advantage of customers who have not done their homework. I don't mind paying a premium if the design is truly worth it but charging customers 3-4 times the true price is a total ripoff.

Please don't patronize such ripoff stores. Take your business else where. Malani jewellers doesn't deserve it.
