Very unprofessional and rude and not helpful. Infiniti is known for great vehicles and service. Better choices for service in Atlanta. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Be careful regarding service promises .... I specifically told the service writer that I could not leave the car all day, would be glad to return it in several weeks at which time she could have the car as long as she wanted. At 1 PM she assured me it would be ready at 3 PM ... this turned out to be physically impossible on an additional $1500 repair. She caused me to miss an important 430 PM meeting; this begs the question as to how honest they are in other areas.
