I tried other groomers before Tailwaggers without much satisfaction. My big dog does not like to be groomed and is sensitive about it. My little dog was just a mess of fur and dirt. Tamara did a wonderful job cleaning and grooming them. The dogs were relaxed, not at all freaked or edgy when I picked them up (a first for the big dog). Tamara is a lovely and loving person. She is also very professional and has many years of experience. Pet owners could learn from her! I am surprised at a couple of reviewers who criticized her as unfriendly or rude. I cannot imagine what they are talking about. I totally discount these negative reviews. Tamara is wonderful! She runs a great business. Most importantly, your dogs will be happy at Tailwaggers and will come out looking and feeling good.

If you want your ego stroked and want to be treated as royalty, go someplace else. If you want your pet to be treated with love, compassion and the utmost respect go to Tailwaggers. You will not find anyone more invested in your pets well-being than Tamara P.

I've known and admire Tamara P since 1997. As the Director of the Humane Society of Greater Miami South, I hold animal interest and advocacy in the highest concern. It is because of Tamara's dedication and respect to our pets that I give a BIG thumbs up to her team!

'Tailwaggers is concerned primarily with needs of the pet'. Tailwaggers is concerned for the pet and their needs. Fulfilling the vanity needs of some pet owners with unrealistic expectations and inadequate upkeep at home is not a priority. We provide loving and kind care with beautiful results and very happy pets.

The rules surrounding hours of operation are basic and used world wide. Familiarize yourself with the hours of operation either by asking or simply reading the signs posted in the window and on the counter, conduct business accordingly. Let us know if something occurs so arrangements can be made.

It would be hard to find a company more invested in the good health and hygiene of animals as well as the overall happiness of the pet., we love them all!

Untrained, unruly pets(such as the "bad, bad, bad" review written here for two naughty scottish terriers) , pets who bite and fight us all day, require all kinds of extra time and therefore DO cost more money.

The majority of pets coming to Tailwaggers, are lovely, well behaved friends with reasonable owners concerned for their pet.

I have owned Tailwaggers for 17 years and we enjoy a large and loyal following of like minded folks. Everyone is welcomed.

Great Groomer who REALLY cares about the animals!. I am very picky about the way my dog is groomed and Tamara does an excellent job with my dog, willow! This is a very experienced groomer that really cares about the animals and takes pride in her cuts....I would recommmend her to anyone who wants their dog treated well and looking great! I get compliments on my dog everywhere she goes with her beautiful haircut! "Nice eye lashes, great feet, she's gorgeous!" Tamara is really great with the animals.

Not a friendly vibe. They were not friendly here right off the bat, but they were really nice to my tiny chihuahua. They don't take credit cards, so I won't be going back.

Unfriendly pet groomer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner is rude, condescending, and really just seems to be the "bitter" at the world type, including the way she seems to treat her help.

My pet came home smelling stinky even after the supposed full service.

I like to support local business that make you feel welcome and appreciated, not greeted with attitude and ugly looks. WILL NOT RETURN to Tailwaggers, and if you live in the area, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your animal.
