Horrible service from the bartender...maybe she was just in a bad mood and we were the closest targets. Guys who bring the food are nice enough, but she kind of ruins the "friendly neighborhood bar" experience. C'mon Trackside--you can do better!

Get your beer somewhere else!. This is a strange place!!! Our party of four was having a great time there... until some of the regular customers ganged up on one pretty drunk customer (for reasons that are unknown to me) and made him leave with a lot of inappropriate language. It was embarrassing for all of the people present.

After some time, one of us decided to order some drinks at the bar. When he came back to the table with his order, he was followed by the same regular customers, who really challenged my friend to a fight! By this time, most of us were pretty drunk and the only thing we could do is to calm the situation and leave.

Needless to say, we never went back there again!

Great Wings!!. I went here for the first time on Sunday night after a long day of drinking in Decatur. It is a bit of a dive bar but the food is really good! That is really saying something since Decatur's "bar food" spots include Taco Mac, Brickstore, Twains, etc. The wings at Trackside are awesome. . .best I've had in Decatur!

Best Bar Food, Amazing Staff. Decatur without Trackside would be like a day without sunshine. The staff is top rate, customers are loyal and fun - you never know who you are going to run into there - from neighborhood natives to musicians to ex-politicians. Never witnessed any rudeness there (unless you deserved it) and certainly no discrimination - I've even witnessed the owner and his staff carrying a disabled person to his car when his walker broke and customers driving an older gentleman home because he rode his bicycle there and severe thunderstorms suddenly came up. The bar food is excellent (try the French Dip and the wings - you can't beat 'em) and the free food they serve on holidays and special events is terrific. Five stars all the way.

Crappy food, even worse service.. The bartending staff is rude and disrespectful. The bartender refused to serve me a drink because I have a lisp, and no I am not kidding. He said I was "slurring my speech." Stay away from this dump. Pretty soon I'm gonna file a complaint under the Americans With Disabilities Act. The regulars are also a bunch of losers.

Like being at home. Trackside is great - it feels like you're sitting at home (aside from the rather colorful customers). The vibe is very relaxed, the people are genuine and interesting to watch, and the bartenders are the best. The menu is pretty extensive for a dive bar, the drinks are generous, and it's open till 3 or 4am every night.

Relaxed Decatur bar is a favorite thanks to friendly faces, a late-night game room and above-average bar menu.. The Scene
A shiny Golden Tee video game, menu with bacon-wrapped shrimp, and popular trivia and karaoke nights undermine Trackside's dive reputation. Low-key neighborhood bar it is, with large wooden booths, beer-stained decor and a wall of customer pictures. The crowd is dressed down; many of the regulars are Agnes Scott students and Decatur locals who've long been warming the bar stools. Behind the U-shaped bar is a tap, Camel cigarettes and full supply of liquor, including a Jaegermeister machine. Thanks to a competent staff, there's nary an empty glass.

The Draw
Some come for video games, pool, darts and air hockey in the game room. Some to test their useless knowledge at trivia or steal the stage at karaoke. And some simply to enjoy the easy-going attitude. Another plus is that food is served late; the unusual bar menu includes hot dogs, fried okra and burgers and fries smothered in Roquefort cheese.

What is the deal. This place use to rock, but they lost their mind or something. Karaoke is awful now....where is Jamie??????????? This used to be the place to party on Wednesday nights, now it is the place to avoid. Trivia night is cool and the daytime bartenders rock!!

Karaoke at it's best. No place to be on Wednesday nights except for at Trackside!!! Karaoke is the best. You won't find a better host or atmosphere for karaoke. Everyone has a ball regardless of the music they like or who they are. If you haven't checked it out, you really need to!!!!! 5 Hours of karaoke fun every Wednesday starting at 9. Once you start, you can't stop!!!!!
