Blows Donkey Balls. I've given this place a few chances. Done with them. Service sucks. Pizza isn't that good. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I ordered the steak and cheese pizza. By "steak," what they really mean is a few pieces of deli roast beef thrown on top of parts of the pizza. The majority of the slices didn't even have meat on them. I would order from a generic chain like Pizza Hut or Domino's before this place again. If you're in the Decatur area and going to spend $20 on a pizza, you're better off getting something of quality from Mellow Mushroom or Savage Pizza.

Don't order if you are hungry!!!!. I placed an order online and it said the wait would be 1 hour, which I was fine with because it was a Friday night and I knew they would be busy. But after over an hour went by I called Johnny's Pizza and they said my order was still there and had not been sent out for delivery. There were five orders ahead and me, but they assured me that my order would be there soon. After another 20 minutes they called me back to get directions to where I live. I was so frustrated and hungry and told them to just cancel my order. They didnt apologize and try to help the situation. They just said "whatever" and hung up the phone. I understand restaurants do get busy on weekends, but I think restaurants need to be fully staffed knowing it is going to be a busy time. I also think they need to at least let you know it is going to be a later delivery and at least have some common sense to apologize to the customer and don't call the customer to ask for directions. That is ridiculous. I would never recommend Johnny's Pizza to anyone. It was awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Pizza but Terrible Customer Service. All I wanted was to order a pizza for home delivery. I've done it many times in the past but not recently. I guess the pizza is still good but I will never know because I never got any further than ordering. The person on the phone could clearly care less about my order. When asked if there were coupons online he said no. But wait it turns out there really were. When asked to apply the coupon to my order he let out a great big sigh of oh my god I have to do more work and told me he would have to cancel the order. OK. Cancel it then. I would have to reorder. Now? Later? Nothing but silence. He said they would "get back to me." Get back to me? Like I'm applying for a loan? I told him just to cancel the whole thing. He - again - couldn't care less. I can only imagine what the pizza must taste like with customer no service like I experienced. So maybe it is good in the end I didn't get any pizza. Let's just hope it really comes off the card. Ugh.

Why cant people take pride in their product?. WOW!!! Just got a pizza and it was not even worth eating. This is the 5th time I've had these guys deliver and the 5th time I have been disappointed . Not cooked enough, made as though no one cares about the product they are putting out. Called and spoke with the manager he offered a new pizza. Why would I care anymore for the product you guys are serving.............. If you cant take PRIDE yourself?!?!?!?
