Hung up on me. To be clear, I've actually never been to this place. I called to see about how much it would cost to get my dress altered. I gave exact details of what I needed done and simply asked for a price range, knowing that they can't tell me an exact price. The lady sounded annoyed with my call, said "I can't tell you that" and then hung up promptly. Unbelievable- how are they in business treating potential new customers like that.
