they have 2 great dogs and a great lincoln conv., however

their service is the pits..took 8 weeks to get my order correct, would not return calls, were going to deliver

since I had such problems, still had to go pick up my

order. Won't use them ever again

Fabulous experience!. The folks at Dixie Glasshoppers went above the call of duty. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but my order was ready a day early. I brought my mom to dixie glasshoppers to pick up my order and they helped her with a special glass request. In the time it took for us to grab a sandwich down the street her order was ready. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!!

Great Great!. Man what a great experience i had today I got to met an awesome person and get what i needed.,Glass fit perfect store was a vision to see. I will be coming back for some custom work so they better be ready. I am a glass fan for long time its so real (never lies). Thanks Kat for a great job.

Wonderful Service. These people rock. They custom made my windows exactly as I requested, discussed some things I would need to know about installation, had the windows ready as promised and gave me a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Quality AND value. Have used them for several custom table top jobs and I continue to drive cross-town for their consistently good custom work and reasonable prices.

Great Service. I beg to disagree with the other reviewer - I have used Dixie Glasshoppers for years, and they have provided consistent, excellent service.

Horrible service. I signed up for Citysearch just to give Dixie Glasshoppers a bad review. Once again I'm sitting at home after taking time off from work waiting for them at arrive and once again they are over an hour late. I even made the first appt. of the day! They also never return calls and never can seem to find my info when I call. They were recommended to us by a neighbor but I will never use them again. I just hope they show up today to finish the job they started a few weeks ago. This is a company that doesn't seem to want my business.
