Bob and Caitlin are Great!. We had never used a petsitter before and were a little apprehensive ..... Bob and Caitlin did a great job for the 8 days that we were out of town. Our dogs were much happier spending this time in their home, rather that being boarded at the vet.

Trusted Care for Our Pets! Wonderful Service. Any time we go out of town -- from a few days to even multiple weeks! -- we trust Bob to look after our three cats. He is very caring and friendly to our kitties, even our oldest female cat who never comes out to meet new people. Bob always leaves us a note letting us know he checked on the shy kitty even though she generally hides under the couch. Bob adds other appreciated touches, such as bringing in the mail, turning on/off lights if requested, and bringing in packages that were delivered while we were away. He is attentive to detail and considerate of any special instructions around pet personalities. Really, truly, we trust Bob with our pets and our home while we are away.

Bob is great!. We've used Bob for years and he's terrific. We rely on Bob to take care of our dogs. He's caring, attentive and VERY reliable. When we leave home, we never worry about our pets when they are in Bob's care. Highly recommend!

Great Pet Sitter. Bob does a great job tending to my three cats when I'm out of town. He's very conscientious and reliable. I never worry about my kitties when Bob's looking after them. He keeps a detailed file on the cats so that I don't have to give him feeding and care instructions each time he pet sits.

Simply the Best!!!. Bob is the best! Bob really does what he says he is going to do. Our dogs look forward to Bob's visits. He walks our dogs and takes care of things while we are away. I love that he wants to make sure that you are home after a trip, so that he knows that the dogs are taken care of. Setting up dates with Bob is a snap. I have no worries that my dogs are getting the best of care while my family is away. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Decatur area! He really is simply the best dog walker in the area.

Bob and Joan of Tall Tails are Superb!. I have trusted Bob Hogan with my beloved pets going on 7-8 years now. My vet, Avondale Vet Hospital (another awesome business), recommended Bob and Tall Tails when my previous petsitter moved and I have been extremely happy with him.

I have several pets both dogs and cats and he has always worked exceptionally well with them. I also love Bob's assistant Joan Thompson, who often looks after my pets for Bob. Bob and Joan have gone above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. They have given meds to both my cats and dogs and know how to respond in sometimes difficult situations.

They looked after a stray, semi-feral cat for me. Bob took my cat, Seismo to the vet on short notice when she unexpectedly got sick. Joan even once rushed over to my house to let the dogs in when an unexpected storm came up...she did this w/out getting paid and refused payment when I offered. She said she was just worried about my dogs.

My animals absolutely love both Joan and Bob. I often go on wilderness kayaking trips and I even leave Bob and Joan emergency info just in case I don't return in a pre-set time so that the can call the emergency authorities for me...so I guess you can say I even trust them with my own life.

They are always professional, friendly and above all else I trust them with my babies.

Seriously, you can't go wrong with Bob Hogan and Tall Tails petsitting.

Reliable service that loves our pets. We've been using Tall Tails' services for over eight years and cannot say enough good things about them. They don't get any better than Tall Tails Pet Sitting. I got my first dog 13 years ago and called Bob at Tall Tails Pet Sitting at the recommendation of a friend. I have been with them since. I have a very busy schedule with business travel as well as long work days while at home. I have never had to be concerned about the care of my pets, even when it's a last minute or emergency request. My pets are always taken care of and spoiled. No matter the weather, the holiday, the day of the week, the time of day or night, Bob is always cheerfully there. I cannot recommend Bob and Tall Tails Pet Sitting highly enough. Bob is loving, caring, responsible, reliable and very accommodating. My pets love Bob but more importantly, Bob really loves my pets!
