worst Services and customer service

I took my daugheter on 17th may 2012 for hair curl. Stylist dont know what she is doing, when i tell her this is not what we asked she fixed and told me that this service is 40 usd instead of 28.00 I said ok. I was not happy when they asked me to pay for both the services. Its a horrible experience. None of them stylist, receptionis and the Manager Ashley are even considrate. I asked Ashley that I want to talk to the owner or any email address so I can tell how these her team mates are behaving with customers. I paid 64.00 usd as written on my signed slip highly dissatisfied. Ashley failed to give me any further information about her seniors. Its one of the worst customer friendly salon i ever come across. Never ever visit this salon and will contact the groupon too because thats why i trusted this source as they recommened and we purchased several coupan thru them.

Monet is a Stylist Supreme

Monet should be in front of a camera having someone style her hair, not vice versa, but I am so glad she has chosen to work with hair at Taylor/Brooks. Monet has a creative flair and any hair style she comes up with is stylish and fits with my features and personality. I don't know how she does it, but part of it is that she listens carefully and then blends in her own advice, which is always professional and creative. I love my hair style and color for the first time in years and I will continue to drive from Chatsworth/Ellijay to have her cut and color for me!

Monet!!

I LOVE Monet! She always has something new to do to my hair that I absolutely fall in love with. I drive an hour and a half just to have Monet as my stylist. Every visit is so lively and entertaining, not to mention all the fun conversations that we've had!! I will never change stylists!!!

Love Monet

I went to Taylor Brooks salon because I had a Groupon. I made an appointment with Monet and she was fantastic! Monet was very friendly and showed a genuine interest in getting to know me. She was very thorough and she went out of her way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I have been back 3 times and each time it's like catching up with a friend. Monet is great about giving you what you want, but also letting you know what else might look really nice on you. I have since made the change to red and I get all kinds of compliments. I never would have been brave enough to go this color, but Monet worked with me and we made the change and now I love it!

The new salon is nice, but I prefer the old location.....it was much more inviting and comfortable.

Monet is fantastic and I am so pleased to have someone so kind and focused on me. She makes me feel like I am her top priority every time I go to see her!
