Done right from the start. Rick and Craig are purely customer service driven and that's so rare today. I've used them over the years for various jbs from simple framing to fixing messes that I've gotteon myself into and their turn around times are always quite reasonable as are their prices. Further, my wife is a decorator and she uses them and directs her clients to them and I've never heard of a transaction that anyone has every been the least bit disappointed with them. Please keep up the great work.

Thompson Framing @ Sandy Plains Location is "AWESOME". Our family has used both the Johnson Ferry and Sandy Plains in Roswell location several times. The first time we had three large brass rubbings that needed framing for our living room. Thompson?s gave us excellent design suggestions and the result is stunning.

Our other experiences were at the Sandy Plains & Hwy 92 location in Roswell. Kate, store manager, is wonderful, has terrific design skills, a great eye for color and she really cares that her customers are happy.

We have enjoyed wonderful consultative services as well as excellent customer service at both locations. We would not consider using any other framing shop.

User review by lingo56. Very poor customer service. Unprofessional looking work. They don't care about keeping good customers. They would not correct poorly done work without charging again to do it over.
