POOR. I ordered a 4pc Chicken Strip Basket and they over charged me for it. They made me a Oreo Blizzard and only sprinkled the Oreos on top and did not mix it in. I told the store manager about it and ask if they could make me another one. He got mad and said no they will not make me another and gave me my money back. On another occasion I ordered a medium Strawberry CheeseQuake Blizzard. When it was time to pay the staff member swipped my card for the price of a large blizzard. So, I told them about it and all he said was "oh yea." It makes me wonder what if I hadn't said anything. I feel like they try and get over on many of thier customers.

avoid at all costs. quality and service is absolutley ridiculous. clealiness is not a prority. staff and managament is well below standards and the worst ive seen in a long time. service is slow, ice cream is usually melted before it reaches the customer. Food rarely tastes fresh, staff is inexperienced and unorganized, constantly changing as ive observed ( makes me question managment which is also consantly changing) employees look miserable to say the least and the relationship between managment and staff seems unfortunatly tense. I DO NOT reccomend this establishment. I would suuggest the Zaxbys located next door or maybe pizza down the road. Craving ice cream? the Clucking Pig serves a variety of flavors...desperate for DQ?...i suggest the lawerenceville or winder Dairy Queen locations both located approx. 15 min in either direction on Winder highway. Well worth the drive compared to the Dacula restaurant. SPARE YOURSELF.
