Open till midnight daily, Saigon Cafe offers a great variety of pho noodle soups, rice plates, and more. My favorites here are the combo vermicelli bowl and com bo chien luc lac (marinated beef)!

Open til midnight but go early for the pho when the soup is at its best. Rice plates are pretty awesome too.
i've been going to the duluth location for years, went yesterday, and as always.....the food was amazing, the service great.....and seeing i haven't had the opportunity to go in about 2 years, i was so impressed that they remembered me!!!! treat me a rockstar everytime!!!!!!! five stars from me!!!!!
Best PHO in Atlanta!!. The food is so rediculously good! I can't say enough good things about this place. The Bubble Thai Tea is also phenomenol and goes really well with the spicy pho. Don't skimp on the thai basil, bean sprouts and ngo gai as that is what makes it! And if you love spicy food then make sure that you add the suracchi (hot sauce) This place is now my favorite hole in the wall to grab some kick @ss pho!!
Great pho, fresh ingredients, soup stock made fresh with no MSG, fun atmosphere, attentive staff.. Saigon Cafe is an outstanding value, authentic Vietnamese noodle soup with all the traditional fixings. Adding rare steak as the fresh soup is delivered to the table is a unique treat. Pairing this noodle soup dish with awesome Vietnamese beer can't be beat, even for someone who prefers Chardonnay with meals out. As a former resident of the neighborhood, a meal at Saigon Cafe is always a highlight of my trips back to Atlanta.
Editorial Review. Suburbanites slurp Pho and dine on other Vietnamese standards at this restaurant's three locations on the outskirts of Atlanta.
How does an egg roll from the floor taste like?. This restaurant is ridiculous! I saw one time that they dropped and picked an egg roll from the floor and served it to the customer. Of course they brought it somewhere behind their "smoothie-bar" and put it back on the plate and served it. Food is alright, the service is fairly descent. But, as far as cleanliness, two thumbs DOWN! You do not know where they "took" and serve your food from, so do not risk it. Consider some other restaurants.
just another pho place. Saigon Cafe is just one of those last minute cheap restaurants my friends and I eat at. They have a quite a large selection of Viet foods. They have good servers that treat you well, and great service in general.
Best sirlon plate! Great atmosphere!. This is a popular asian spot. Authentic. Good value for the food. Not the best pho place. But, you have to try their "cut up sirlon steak plate over spinage with onions and yellow rice on the side." It is amazing! I get it every time I go. It's the perfect portion, not too much and not too little. Their coffee bubble tea is amazing too. It's fairly popular, but worth the wait.
Great food - good atmosphere - wonderful staff. I tried Saigon Cafe on a whim. I'd never had Vietnamese food but was a big Asian food fan. I love the place. I love the way it smells - you can smell five spice powder in the parking lot. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the food is great. I like the Bun dishes (rice noodles with various meats) and their special dishes are wonderful, especially the filet with rice and the grilled chicken breast - I can't pronounce them, but they're great! I work with two very traditional guys, total southerners. I took them and now they make trips from the burbs with their wives just to eat at Saigon Cafe. Please don't change a thing!
Cheap, Tasty Food. This is a great place for cheap pho. It has many tasty dishes. I enjoy the rice vermiceli which is noodles with char-broiled pork and shrimp. The steak dish is also good. I come here at least once every two weeks. I have waited to get a seat on Sunday several times. Lunch on Sunday tends to get crowded. Other than that, it is a great place for cheap and fast food.
great food, price, and service.
I had rice vermiceli with roast pork, shrimp, and egg roll for $6.95. It's all served in one bowl with some lettuce and shredded carrot. They pork and shrimp were great and even had been grilled over a charcoal grill which really did it for me. The mango smoothie with tapioca was good as well for $3.45. They have a lot of items to choose from and the prices were excellent....I thought my number 35 entree rocked. The Phos are the big thing here .
The interior is kind of cheesey but it works. You can even imagine yourself in Vietnam with all of the asian employees and a 75% asian clientel. Fast and efficient service but it is a small place and lunch was packed but we only waited 5 minutes.
