The perfect gift for any occasion.. We enjoy shopping at Uppity's frequently, and find perfect gifts regardless of the occasion. Friendly, and inviting, the shop has plenty of collegiate gifts, and holiday goodies.

A friendly neighborhood gift shop amongst the retail giants..
The Scene
Although the Avenue shopping center's brick sidewalks, street lamps and park benches create an inviting, small-town ambience, most of the stores are national chains. It's refreshing to find a locally owned gift shop among the mail-order giants. Inside the narrow space, pine hutches and scrolled iron bakers' racks make cozy display spaces for fine gifts and handcrafts.
The Goods
There are gift-store staples like Votivo candles, Crabtree & Evelyn bath products and "Fanciful Flights" ornaments by Karen Rossi. But more interesting is a nice selection of hand-painted pottery and glassware. Also, check out the fun, inexpensive, seasonal tableware and home accents.
