Consistent quality of food and service.

A meal at Gilbert's is a refreshing, pleasant and tasteful experience. Whether eating the appetizers or the delicious main courses, each dish is ample, savoury and sure to please. This restaurant presents food in a well-prepared manner, without pretension, and always with fresh and delicious tastes. The meat loins are superb, as well as the more tradtional Mediterranean dishes. Tiramisu here is a special treat, also. Gilbert's can be counted on to provide a good dining experience in an unassuming but pleasant atmosphere and a place where good, reasonably priced food will be served to you by a gractious and knowledgeable wait staff.

• Pros: Simple but quality cuisine, well served and prepared.
• Cons: Smallish table surfaces.

Great everything

I love this little cafe! Great drinks, great food and Great service. The menue is very nice especially for to. Allowing you to mix and match iteam and share.

A Lunch For All Seasons

It took us two years talking about how we should try out Gilbert's. Eventually we did, celebrating my better half's birthday.

The only thing we regretted was that we waited so long (she blamed me, of course).

We now consider ourselves (newbie) regulars. The food is excellent and the service is friendly, which is perfect for a neighborhood restaurant.
